We also offer other unique themed houses at the same location – perfect for family getaways or group stays. The bungalows are just a short stroll apart (max. 40m) and together can host up to 48 guests.

All beds are made up upon arrival with soft linen

Available for the whole group (surcharge €20 per person per day for groups of 5+)

Wellness can be booked for the entire stay or just for the final day(s)

Roast marshmallows, share stories, and enjoy the warmth of the fire

Firewood can be purchased on-site or brought with you (collecting wood in the forest is not allowed)

2 parking spots with the option to charge 1 car

⚠️ Not a fast charger (regular 230V socket, service fee applies for the stay)

6 city bikes available for short rides around Rheezerveen & Zwolle

High chair provided; baby bed available (€20 per stay, incl. bedding)

📌 Important information:

Guest count must match your booking

No parties or loud music – this is a wellness retreat

Minimum age of lead guest: 21

Smoking only allowed outdoors (with ashtray)

Quiet outdoor hours: 10 PM – 10 AM

Pets and assistance dogs welcome on request (€60 per animal)

BBQ, gourmet, fondue, frying, and air fryers not permitted

Base price is for 2 guests; extra guests incur a surcharge

Maximum 2 babies allowed

Customized invoices (e.g. company name or VAT details) can be

provided upon request. An administrative fee may apply

ℹ️ After booking:

We’ll ask for guest details (including bed preferences and ID of the lead guest). Share details of all guests to grant access to the digital key and route instructions.



Security deposit: €250. This refundable deposit must be paid prior to arrival. Bank transfer details will be provided directly to guests after booking, together with the arrival information. Refunded within 7 working days after departure, minus any costs for damage or extra expenses.
