A charming apartment on Via Pontaccio (renovated in July 2017), just a stone’s throw from St. Mark’s Basilica, the fashion district, the Academy of Fine Arts, the Pinacoteca, La Scala, and the Duomo... Equipped with every comfort, the apartment, though small, is very bright and quiet. Given its strategic location, it’s ideal for exploring the city and its attractions.

The 18-square-meter studio apartment is located on the fifth floor of an elegant Milanese building. Please note: the building has an elevator (5 steps to reach it) that goes up to the fourth floor. To reach the apartment (located on the fifth floor), you’ll need to walk up the last two flights of stairs.

Inside, the apartment is equipped with every comfort:



- Sleeping area with a double bed and living area with a kitchenette featuring an electric stovetop, refrigerator, and freezer.

Bathroom with shower stall, toilet (NO BIDET)

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
