Regarding the air conditioning, your stay coincided with a particularly intense heatwave, with outdoor temperatures exceeding 100°F. The units are relatively new, but they were working at very high capacity throughout your stay. After your departure, I noticed that the thermostats had been set as low as 61°F. The electricity provider also recorded unusually high consumption during your stay, exceeding 160 kWh per day, and the emergency electrician measured a peak load of 37 amps while repairing the fault. While the exact cause of the electrical issue cannot be determined with certainty, the combination of the exceptional heat, prolonged use of the air conditioning and other electrical appliances appears to have resulted in an unusually high demand on the system. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary loss of electricity. I will be implementing additional measures to better manage periods of exceptionally high electrical demand and help prevent a similar situation from occurring again. Regarding the insects around the pool, the property is surrounded by nature, so their presence is unfortunately unavoidable. At night, the pool lights can also attract insects, particularly during warm weather. Thank you again for your feedback.
