The Garçonniere at Masseria Chiomenti - Artistic Loft&Pool

A beautiful loft furnished with taste in the Villa-Masseria. The property of 75 sqm, with american kitchen, has independent access from the Villa. It is inserted in a lush garden of olive trees at a foot-step to a beautiful swimming pool. The Villa-Masseria is located in the middle of an ancient olive grove, 3km from the center of Cerignola, easily accessible by bicycles that are offered to guests. The Masseria has a large fenced garden, parking and a swimming pool of 7x14 meters, surrounded by fresh lawn.

The loft furnished with taste at the second floor of the Villa-Masseria Chiomenti. The property has all the modern facilities (air conditioning, fireplace, washing machine and dishwasher), that will grant you absolute comfort. All the oil painting of the loft, and most of the furnitures, have been hand-made by the host Maurizio, and give to the property a very colorful and distinguished personal taste.
Guests are wellcome to interact in the common areas of the garden and in the ample area that surrounds the swimming-pool, pick up fruits and use the products of the vegetable garden. The excellent extravirgin olive oil made by Masseria Chiomenti is always available for a taste or to be purchased. The original Italian cuisine for lunch or dinner can be prepared by the host, number of persons and price can be agreed on arrival.

For large group or big families, please note that it us possible to book the Garconierre (first floor) together with the Pied-a-terre (ground floor), for a total amount of 9 comfy beds and 2 bathrooms.
The access to the loft is fully self contained with a private door and parking area for guests.
