Discover the best terrace in La Pineda! This semi-renovated penthouse, with capacity for up to 4 guests, is located right on Paseo Pau Casals, the very heart of La Pineda, directly opposite the Pinar del Perruquet. Surrounded by all kinds of services and restaurants, and just a short walk from Aquopolis Costa Dorada, you won’t need a car during your stay.



LAYOUT

- Living-dining room with open-plan kitchen.

- Master bedroom with a double bed.

- Second bedroom (added through renovation) with two single beds. Access to this bedroom is via the terrace or through the bathroom.

- Bathroom with shower. The indoor shower is located within the bedroom area (please check the photos if you have any doubts).

- Spectacular terrace with sea views and a second outdoor shower with hot water.



GOOD TO KNOW

- The lift does not reach the top floor. The last level must be accessed via the stairs.

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.

- Pets are not allowed.

- One air conditioning unit in the living room and one in each bedroom.

- Outdoor parking space available on request and at an additional cost.

- Tourist tax not included in the rental price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival, including guest details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and full payment. Otherwise, key handover cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you in advance with all necessary information.



EXTRA

Just across the street you will find the Pinar del Perruquet Park. During the summer, family shows, open-air cinema and habanera concerts are held here. This 2.5-hectare urban park is located opposite La Pineda beach and is an ideal place to enjoy nature in a privileged seafront setting, with century-old pine trees, shaded walkways and play areas where children can cool off and have fun.

Online registration 48h before arrival is required (Royal Decree 933/2021). Keys are collected at the UHC offices, Av. Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
Check out before 10:00 am. Accommodation must be left as found. Final cleaning optional, but basic tidiness (e.g., garbage, dishes) required.
Outdoor pools (if available) are unheated and open 01/06–15/09 (dates may vary). Services may be limited due to unforeseen circumstances.

Vistas privilegiadas!

Las vistas del apartamento y su ubicación, muy cerca de todo tipo de comercios y de la playa. A mejorar el tema de la limpieza del apartamento, proporcionar al menos un mini kit de limpieza, y una limpieza a los aires acondicionados no les vendría mal ya que al encenderlos hacían olor.

Séjour agréable

Tout d’abord on tiens à remercier le propriétaire et l’agence pour le séjour. L appartement est bien placé avec des magasin de proximité pour faire des courses, près de la plage, quelques resto même si le choix est un peu limité (des resto avec des plats répétitif, plus de pizza qu’en Italie). Mais ambiance de quartier sympa et assez calme. Endroit avec des jeux et bar donc c’est cool pour les soirées. C’est pas très loin en voiture de Salou si vous voulez une station plus dinamique. L’appartement dans la globalité est bien agencé, il a beaucoup d’équipement, il ne manque de rien vraiment de rien( d’ailleurs la liste avec les équipements du site devrait être mise à jour). Seuls bémols c est le lave vaisselle qui fuit parfois../ aussi des petit lézards qui nous ont rendu visite mais c est pas grave ils sont inofensiv. Le parking laisse un peu à désirer l’entrée /sorties est un peu compliqué. Aussi on a payé un surplus pour l’internet pour l’intégralité du séjour et les 2 dernière jours bah ça fonctionnait plus dommage…:( La grande terrasse est incroyablement belle, d ailleurs tout l’appartement est beau et très bien décoré avec goût. Le voisinage est très sympathique. Je pense que c’est un belle endroit pour passer les vacances. On recommande cet appartement. Un peu la propreté et les fonctionnalité des électroménagers et aussi si on paye un supplément pour la wifi, pouvoir s’en servir durant la totalité du séjour svp…

Excellent emplacement , la vue est très agréable , et terrasse bien ensoleillée

L appartement est très bien agencé, il ne manquait rien , table et chaises de la terrasse confortable Le nécessaire de nettoyage laisse à désirer ( Balai sale et cassé, la serpillière j ai dû la laver 2 fois … ) Literie un peu ferme
