Before each entrance, the apartment will be disinfected with specific products and an industrial OZONE generator with a high capacity of 10,000 mg / h will be used: which helps to deodorize and sterilize the space for odors, bacteria and viruses.
The RENT is usually made only from Saturday to Saturday. If it is not between Saturdays, please make a "Contact the owner" and check your dates (without making a reservation request until you speak with the owner who reviews it please)
The apartment is rented only for families or couples. It is not rented to groups of friends.
It is located in a privileged place for relaxation because it is a very quiet area, surrounded by pine trees, very bright and very well decorated.

It has access from the living room to a large terrace of 15 m2. with views to the garden, swimming pools and sea. with garden furniture for your relaxation. . Living room with large sofa chaise-longue and a 50 "4k flat TV with channels connected by wif (we include amazon Prime ). Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, gallery with washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, direct elevator from parking, very well decorated, a small kid's park and children's pool.
We have a crib and a children's highchair
Nearby is the amusement park of PORT AVENTURA, the FERRARI LAND, the GOLF and the AQUOPOLIS of La Pineda.

We had a wonderful stay at Cap Salou. The apartment was very nice with a fantastic view the from the balcony. We were near to 2 beaches and there were a supermarket and bars/restaurants in walking distance.

Nice moment in Cap de Salou

An excellent stay. The apartment is clean and very welcoming. There is everything you need for a stay (equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave). The parking space in the basement is very convenient and close to the elevator. The sight is very pleasant and one feels really in vacations.

Agradable estancia en apartamento cómodo

Apartamento muy cómodo en una urbanización muy tranquila y cercana a varias calas. Con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, cocina con tendedero-lavadora, amplio salón, dormitorios cómodos (el de dos camas tiene un armario con juegos y peluches, pero claro resta espacio para colocar la ropa de dos personas) y dos baños, terraza muy amplia con vistas a la piscina. Plaza de garaje junto a la puerta de acceso al ascensor, muy cómodo. Aclaraciones para que no les pase al resto de inquilinos: no se pueden colgar las toallas en la barandilla de la terraza (me parece perfecto, pero nadie nos dijo nada y nos llamaron la atención). Decidir, con antelación, si se quiere cenar/comer/estar en la terraza ó en el salón, ya que la unidad exterior del aire acondicionado está en la terraza y desprende mucho calor mientras funciona el aire, con lo cual, hay que apagar el aire un rato antes de querer disfrutar de la terraza...eso sí, se seca la ropa súper rápido. Quizás una tontería, pero no es lo mismo alojarse una semana que una quincena, eso de un rollo de papel higiénico en cada baño, no lo veo muy lógico cuando contratas dos semanas de estancia. En general, una estancia muy agradable, en una urbanización muy cuidada a cargo de Héctor (muy trabajador), con una buena piscina y agua súper calentita!!! La comunicación con la propietaria, Monserrat, cercana y rápida, al igual que con Yeni, la persona encargada de recibirte, siempre que necesitamos algo, al momento nos atendía.

Appartement parfait pour 4 personnes . Les 2 salles d eau sont très pratiques . La terrasse et la climatisation sont parfaites !La propriétaire et la concierge sont très gentilles et réactives . Les plages à proximités sont idéales . Salou et Cambrils très jolis . Il faut la voiture pour se déplacer mais tout est à proximité. Vacances en famille réussies !

Appartement Belle-Vue.

Très beau séjour à Salou, dans un appartement très bien tenu avec grand balcon et vue sur la mer. Le parking souterrain est un plus. La piscine est très agréable. Les parties communes sont très bien entretenues.

Wirklich toller Urlaub

Sehr nette Kommunikation und wurde immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Schöne Wohnung in der man sich sehr wohl fühlt und alles vorhanden ist was man benötigt. Die Gegend ist toll zu erkunden und zeigt sich von einer zollen Seite. Was nur zu beachten ist, dass Hunde nicht in Salou an den Strand dürfen (Polizei wird auch gerufen!), hier muss man an die Nachbarstrände fahren, was aber weitere sehr schöne Gegende aufweist und Möglichkeiten wo man spazieren, essen und shoppen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen

Apartement Salou.

Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, super agréable avec sa magnifique terrasse avec une belle vue, un plus pour le parking en sous-sol. L'arrivée et le départ se sont passés parfaitement. Une semaine parfaite, le seul bémol, est un concierge très antipathique.

Des vacances de qualité avec un très bon confort

Des après midi à la mer sur des très grandes plages à la Pineda. Des moments agréables dans la piscine de la copropriété. Des espaces communs très propres. Le seul petit bemol vient de la distance à parcourir pour profiter des soirées en ville. Ceci a vite été résolu en prenant des abonnements bus dont l'arrêt est situé à 150m de l'appartement.

Vacances ideales

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour dans cet appartement. Tout y etait prévu, les lits faits à l'arrivée, la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli ainsi que sa disponibilité. La climatisation est un gros plus pour des nuits reposantes... Nous avions beaucoup d'idées de sorties et de visites données par le proprietaire. Encore merci . Nous esperons revenir un jour.

Bon suivi avec la propriétaire du logement accueilli par la personne de confiance superbe accueil l appartement superbe très propre vue sur piscine et mer climatisation rien à dire vraiment premierey expérience mais je retournerais l année prochaine ce qui nous a plus l accueil l appartement le cadre et tous les alentours vraiment très bien heureuse d avoir eu cette adresse et merci a Mme de Montserrat pour répondre aussitôt a nos questions merci et bravo

Excellent séjour à Salou

Tout est réunis pour passer un agréable séjour en plein Salou De la propreté à la fonctionnalité de l’appartement je n’ai rien à dire. La situation géographique est superbe proche des commerces et de la plage à la fois. La résidence est agréable avec sa grande piscine où l’on peut se reposer tranquillement ainsi que la place de parking au sous sol qui est vraiment indispensable à Salou. Merci à Loli qui s’est occupé de notre arrivée et de notre une dame très gentille et bien sûr je remercie également Mr Montserrat (le propriétaire) de nous avoir accueillis dans son bel appartement ainsi que pour sa disponibilité à communiquer avec nous durant notre séjour Hâte d’être de retour dans cet l’appartement, je vous le recommande fortement.

Modern, well-equipped apartment for families

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was spacious, clean, secure, and well-equipped. We enjoyed taking our meals on the large balcony. The communal pool was much appreciated by all, and there was always space to swim. Communication from Montserrat was excellent, and Madame Loli was available if we needed anything. The location was super - in quieter Cap de Salou where the nearest beach (10 minutes' walk), even in mid-August was never crowded. It was only a short ride (12 minutes) into Salou, 15 minutes to Port Aventura, and 1.15 hr to Barcelona. Thank you, Montserrat for a super holiday.

Dejlig lejlighed

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i lejligheden. Ser ud som på billederne. Der var ikke helt rent i køkkenet da vi ankom, så jeg måtte selv lige vaske det værste ned. Udlejer havde dog tilbudt en rengøring ekstra, men jeg afslog. Der manglede også lidt køllenresskaber, men disse ankom hurtigt da jeg spurgte efter dem. Skøn pool, desværre uden liggestole. Området Cap de Salou er fredeligt, hvilket vi synes var dejligt. Desværre er det også lidt kedeligt. Der er ikke pænt. Kommunen kunne godt gøre mere for at samle skrald osv. Men vi havde en dejlig ferie.

Vi er glade for, at du kunne lide lejligheden og angiver, at alt er som på billederne, det er sandt! Vi er kede af, at du fortalte os, at der var noget tilbage af tomatsauce-kepsut i køleskabet, og vi sætter pris på, at du fortæller os det, for som jeg fortalte dig, skal alt altid være rent, fordi en rengøringsservice er betalt, og vi tilbød at komme tilbage at gøre rent, men han afviste det. Vi forsynede ham også med hvidløgspresseren, som han efterspurgte, vi gik hurtigt hen for at købe den, da vi så, at han manglede en hvidløgspresser, og vi leverede den sammen med brødskærebrætterne. Det største plus ved vores område er, at det er roligt, langt men samtidig tæt på de tusindvis af turister i centrum. Et område, hvor du kan hvile dig omgivet af fyrretræer og smukke bugter. Jeg er ked af, at du syntes det var kedeligt, men for os er det det bedste, at have en afslappet ferie uden trængsel eller larm i nærheden. Mange tak for dit ophold, og vi er glade for, at du nød det.

Semana de vacaciones tranquila

Tanto Montserrat como Loli nos ayudaron en todo momento. La casa se corresponde fielmente con la descripción. Estando cerca a pie de dos pequeñas calas y bien comunicada con Port Aventura , Salou y Tarragona. Entorno tranquilo que nos permitio disfrutar de unos dias muy agradables

The apartment is exactly as described/pictured. Mrs. Loli, who manages the apartment, does not speak English but communicates well, is always available, and is a joy to deal with. The owners, Monserat and Jordi, are very concerned to make sure everything is right and you enjoy your stay. We had a problem with the WiFi that was the provider's fault and they did everything in their power to resolve it as quickly as possible. Since we were traveling with too much luggage (as we made too many purchases having not been able to go to Europe since the pandemic began), the garage was a real plus. The parking spot is in an easy location to park in unlike many parking lots in basements in Europe and there is easy access by elevator from to garage to the floor of the apartment. We enjoyed the area and the apartment - so would highly recommend this apartment.
