Family Vacation

The property was just like the pictures. There was enough room for 6 adults and 6 kids. Hosts were very helpful and everyone in the area was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and the house is only a few steps away from it.

Girl Scout Trip

Pam and David’s home is beautiful, incredibly clean, and comfortable. Distance to the pool is great, we grilled hotdogs for lunch poolside one afternoon. It’s a lovely pool area. Distance to the beach was a bit less convenient, as we felt we needed to drive with our gear and parking at beaches was sometimes an issue. However, this was minor for us and the area is nice—great neighborhood, coffee shop and restaurants walkable. The beaches we went to were great and plentiful. Communication with Pam and David was easy and they were super nice and responsive. I felt like we had a concierge! I highly recommend this property!

Our Favorite Vacation Home

We absolutely love this beautiful home and its owners. We stay in vacation homes quite a bit due to our family size/frequent travel. This home is THE BEST. Beautiful, clean, perfect location, and it has everything you need. The location is perfect and central to everything. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Amazing Beach Getaway!

House is immaculate and well appointed. Steps away from large community pool and hot tub. Pam the host is an excellent communicator. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and will definately be back next year. Highly recommend!! Rent a golf cart for easy access to area attractions and go to Mimmo’s and Shunk Gulley for a great meal.

Beautiful Stay at Pam and David’s place

We were a large group of 12 and everyone loved the place.The house was very Beautiful, clean , cozy and comfortable. Pam and David thought about each and everything about their guest while planning the stay. Location was close to very nice beaches and had all the good restaurants nearby. Pam and David was very helpful in guiding and helping us whenever we had any questions or looking for any recommendations. We would definitely come back here.

Amazing Stay!

The house was beautiful, maintained, and clean. There is ample beach supplies to make packing light. The owner’s were responsive to all of our questions and gave us helpful information about the area in order to make our vacation more enjoyable. Beach access is a short ride away and the beautiful community pool is located two houses down. We would love to stay at this property again.

We had an amazing time at this house! It was incredibly equipped with everything you need to make it a fun and relaxing stay! Girls Trip!!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the location and convenience of being only 3 houses from the pool, hot tub and grilling area. The beach access that we like the best was across from Stinky’s so it was easy to walk up to get lunch!! The teens enjoyed the bikes that came with the house to head to the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery! We will definitely be back!

Awesome Home

This home is the perfect beach getaway! It is beautifully decorated, well stocked, very clean, and has absolutely everything that you need. It is light and airy and the 2 outdoor porches were great for relaxing. It’s close to the large community pool and is a quick drive or easy bike ride to the beach. Everything looks new and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We’ve stayed with Pam and David quite a few times, and their property, service, and hospitality never disappoint. We highly recommend this beautiful home for its cleanliness, spaciousness, prime location, and amenities. We love the close proximity to the community pool and the lovely restaurant and ice cream shop right down the road. We have five children ranging in age from 16-9 and the home is perfect for our family. We will be back soon!

Incredible stay!

This property is everything you’d want in a vacation. Impeccably clean (and I am a tough critic) and well maintained. Steps from the pool and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My personal favorite part is the spacious covered porches- there are two and while both are wonderful, the backyard one is so peaceful and serene! Would absolutely return here and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well decorated place to relax with friends or family!

Great Spring Break Location

Wonderful week for family to chill by the pool and take outings to the beach! This property is just a few houses from the pool area which is an oasis within itself. The property is a mile from the beach so riding the rented golf cart or bikes got us there quicker. The neighborhood and area were very family friendly which is what we enjoyed the most. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our family. I especially enjoyed a quiet breakfast every morning on the covered back porch.

Fantastic!

We just completed a fun filled week at Pam & David's Sweet Peaches Beach House. Everything was clean and in great condition. It was exactly as advertised. We appreciated how Pam was very responsive and informative. The beautiful community pool was two doors down and we spent a lot of time there. Will definitely return when coming back to the 30A area.

Very clean, updated, and fully stocked!

Pam and David were so easy to work with, quick to respond, and very accommodating. Their house was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. They had more than enough beach chairs, bikes, kitchen/bath supplies, games, and seating both inside and outside. The rooms, bathrooms, and closets were larger than we were expecting too! I highly recommend their lovely home for your beach vacation!

Perfect Place!!

We absolutely loved this rental! Pam was easy to get in touch with and this place was immaculate. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the space was perfect for our 2 family's. The rooms are all large and the beds were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes and relaxing on the back porch. The pool is just steps away and has a fantastic lookout tower. I really can't say enough good things about this place. It was perfect!! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

We absolutely love helping our guests, giving them all the local tidbits about eateries, beach accesses, and things to do, places to shop. They say one is either drawn to the beach or the mountains!! Although we love both, our favorite is the beach. We love walking & sitting on the beach, especially 30A and the Blue Mountain Beach area. It has the most amazing sunsets and sugary white sand. We love golf and there are so many courses to choose from in the area. Beautiful courses!

We fell in love with the entire Gulf years ago, both the aqua-blue color of the water, the serenity and the sugary white sand. We started out with a condo in PCB, which we still have and love renting to our repeat guests. However 30A was our dream come true! The location of Highland Parks Subdivison in the Blue Mountain Beach area makes this a real gem. You can experience the quieter side of 30A, but yet so close to the hustle and bustle of everything from Seacrest, Seaside, all the way to Destin.
Our property is also close to many wonderful golf courses, which we will be glad to help you book during your stay, lots of time at a reduced price. Close to the home and various golf courses, there is plenty of shopping including Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, Destin Commons, and many unique shops on 30A. This home is amazingly decorated and only 3 doors from the resort like pool! The pool area has flat screens, lounging area and tables with a covered grilling area. There is also a hot tub and firepit at the pool - absolutely no reason to leave the home or pool area after a day at the beach or pool. Bikes or a golfcart can be rented from local vendors. Premium outlet shopping is a 15 minute drive away, and local boutiques are very close along 30a. Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is only a mile away at the Gulf Place Beach Access.
