Absolute perfection!!!!

We have rented a lot of homes and this was by far the BEST!!! Everything was top notch from the amenities to the cleanliness, comfort etc. We will most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay!

Great house, so spacious and the private pool is amazing! This was probably the most well stocked and appointed rental I’ve had and would definitely recommend! Johanna/John were very responsive to questions ahead of the trip and to one quick question I had during.

Toes in the Sand 2

Close to beach but still very private. We stayed with our 20 something sons and their girlfriends. Everyone loved the house. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, screened in porch was great for game night and afternoon naps! Walk to beach wasn’t far and golf cart made it even easier. The pool was my favorite spot! House is so scenic itself, we took family pics on the porch. Planning a return trip already!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This is our second stay at this house. We love it! Beautiful, comfortable furnishings, wonderful porches and outdoor areas, refreshing pool, and quiet, relaxing neighborhood, close to beach! Awesome!

Best friends vacation

This place is the best equipped beach house. The beach was minutes away with a golf cart to get you back and forth. The private pool was amazing with plenty of chairs and an outdoor shower. We had an extra refrigerator in the garage and an ice machine. There wasn’t anything we needed that we didn’t have in the kitchen. The screened porch with a bed swing was amazing. I am a bed snob and these beds are so comfy. This is the second time I have stayed at this house. I hope to make it an annual stay. The host are the best!

Perfect Getaway

The house is perfectly appointed. It is very cozy and all furnishings are comfortable and stylish. The pool and backyard are lovely. The golf cart is also in excellent condition. You’ll love staying here.

Beautiful Home At the Beach

Great property - close to everything and the golf cart is a great asset to get around quickly to the beach and restaurants. Clean and well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The home had lots of amenities, more than we actually used. Close proximity to the beach - a quick 2 min golf cart ride. The pool was nice which we used a couple of times. Love the quietness of the neighborhood, enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch listening to the birds singing. At night you could hear the beach waves in the distance. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyed Redfish Taco and Blue Mountain bakery nearby, plus a short drive to other restaurants. Loved that the property is pet friendly as we were able to bring our two small dogs along for a quick vacation. If we decide to visit the area again and not stay directly on the beach, we will consider this property again.

Excellent property

The house and accomodations were perfect. Only had issues with wifi but property owners were on top of communication with us. The pool area and screened in porch were perfect! Overall, it was a great house and nice location for one of our many vacations in Florida

Fun Spring Break!

We had a lovely time visiting Blue Mountain Beach. The house was beautiful and homelike which made it very comfortable for our family. The kitchen and rooms are very well stocked. Hosts were very communicative and available. Would stay there again!

Great Family Getaway!

What a great place for families! Extremely clean and spacious! Pool was perfect and such a short distance to the beach too! The kitchen was stocked and we found everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Beach Perfection - Part II

This was our second time at this property and it was just as nice as the first time around. The owners, John and Johnna Stephens, are simply great to work with! I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking the perfect beach getaway!! John D.

We have been coming to the beautiful gulf of Mexico since we were children. As adults we both came here prior to knowing each other. Naturally, when we met, this quickly became one of our favorite spots to make memories together with our family. That's what we've been doing for over 23 yrs now. We never dreamed that one day we could own a " little piece of paradise," but that dream came true in 2010 when we bought a foreclosed property in the Seagrove Beach area, fixed it up and rented it for 3 yrs-selling it for a significant profit, we were able to buy this 1/2 acre lot in Blue Mountain Beach and began building our beach home in 2014. It was finally finished in April of 2015. We shared it with vacationers the next 4 years before we officially moved full time in August 2019. As mush as we love living here, we've decided to move about 10 min from here close to the bay and once again share this beach home with our vacationing friends.
Creating spaces that foster lifelong memory making is what we love to do. Living close, allows us to provide excellent service, quick response times for any issues that arise. We also love to help connect you with local venders that will take your vacation to nothing short of spectacular.

If you love comfort, convenience, & quiet with a touch of luxury, you'll love staying at Toes In The Sand ll. It offers comfortable sleeping, front porch rocking, swing on front porch, watching afternoon TV on screened in porch; or reading a good book lounging on single bed swing on the screened porch away from bugs. A quick bike or golf cart ride to the beach. You'll pass by Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery on your way to the beach. Just around the corner, dine at Blue Mable, Cow Girl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Bakery and more.
A short drive to Grayton, Seaside, Watercolor, Alys beach, Seagrove, Seacrest & Rosemary.
We are also a 10-15 min drive from Sand Destin for great shopping and dining.
