Perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything at your fingertips, from panoramic walks and days on the slopes to unwinding at the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths!

🏡 The house is spacious and perfect for a mountain holiday with family or friends! 🏔️
It features a cozy living room with a lounge area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a third bedroom with a single bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub 🛁 and one with a shower 🚿.
Guests have access to a convenient private parking space in the garage 🚗.

⚠️ The property is located in a ZTL zone 🚗
The Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) is an area where vehicle circulation is regulated. This means that access by car is allowed only for authorized vehicles.
If you plan to arrive by car, we will be happy to assist you! 🥰

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.
