Newly renovated cozy accommodation near the sea and salty baths. Welcome to this recently completely renovated cozy cottage near Brofjorden's salty baths and nice walking areas in a scenic setting. Here you live comfortably and snugly with proximity to Lysekil and Brastad with many nearby bathing beaches (several bathing beaches within walking distance), golf course and other excursion destinations worth visiting. The accommodation is also a perfect starting point for those who want to practice outdoor life, popular in the area is to challenge the mountains in the form of rock climbing, it is not far to some of Bohuslän's best mountains or to explore the sea environment outside both from above and below the surface, feel free to bring or rent a kayak. In the immediate area there are several nice walking paths and paths, including the popular coastal path passing nearby where you can hike and maybe meet one of the forest's animals or pick your own mushrooms. From the cottage you can also easily reach e.g. Nordens Ark, Smögen, Kungshamn etc. fine fishing and boating communities along the coast. The cottage is located on the edge of a residential area and has a large, lovely raised garden with trees, bushes and flowerbeds, here, to the children's great delight, a tree house has also been built. The cottage has hedges and gates that together enclose the entire garden. During the renovation, a nice terrace area with comfortable summer furniture and a grill as well as a small oasis with summer furniture under the shade of an apple tree was also built at the cabin, nice places to enjoy the sun and warmth or when grilling and enjoying meals, discussing the day's adventures or planning for new ones. You reach the cabin's entrance through a welcoming vestibule. Once inside, you are greeted by a large and well-proportioned kitchen with kitchen furniture group, stove, separate oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, large living room with, among other things, two comfortable sofas that can be turned into beds and TV for SVT play. Bathroom with shower and combined washing machine/dryer. At the entrance, a staircase leads up to the second floor, where you are met by two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room, a small reading corner and an exit to a large balcony from which you have a view of the valley. The cabin has WiFi connection. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us on hikes on nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Pinneviken's fine bathing area and Stångehuvud's nature reserve known for its special light which has made the area well-visited by photographers, among others, here you can experience fantastic sunsets reflected in the sea. Take a boat trip across to the other side of the Gullmarsfjord and wander the winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's sea shacks and captain's villas.
