Appartamento Darsena is an amazing two-bedroom apartment on the first floor with wide spaces in Ortigia island of Siracusa. The original flooring decorated with a rhombus motif characterizes the entire area, from the dining room to the two double bedrooms, including the living room with hexagonal decorations.

The living area includes the living room with a TV and a corner sofa bed, as well as the dining room with a balcony, table, and a large fully equipped kitchen. Our guests will have access to two double bedrooms, one of them with a balcony facing the street. The apartment is very bright, thanks to the sunlight entering from the balconies where our guests may have a partial sea view, and from the terrace which is furnished with shady tables and chairs. Finally, the bathroom for our guests is provided with a shower and all the comforts they may need.

Appartamento Darsena is located in a perfect position, just at the entrance of Ortigia, only 50 meters away from Talete Parking, and in a comfortable area for unloading your luggage. For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best-equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and the unique white sand. Then, on the island of Ortigia, there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 km far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park, and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped like a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its h natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola, and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 60 km far away, while the “Comiso Pio la Torre” airport is 110 km away. The train station of Siracusa is 1 km away from Ortigia, as well as the inter bus station connected with the airports.
