豪華な海の景色を望む2つのバルコニーと、同じ豪華な海の景色を望む21㎡のテラスがあります。
モダンなキッチン、ソファーベッド、ダイニングエリア、シービューバルコニー付きのメインルーム、シービュー/バルコニー付きの広々としたダブルベッドルーム。モダンなバスルーム。 2階には素晴らしい海の景色を望む大きなテラスがあります。

This location is beyond compare. Just outside of the heavy tourist area but within walking distance of everything Ortigia Sicily has to offer. Spacious, plenty of room but the rooftop terrace was the best part.

We loved the property and would certainly go back. The host was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. We had some minor issues with a leaky dishwasher and the power supply to the kitchen units cutting out occasionally but overall a lovely flat with a great roof terrace in a location with lovely view and sea breeze.

What an amazing spot - we absolutely loved our time there.The setting was spectacular - there was a film crew on location on one day which was a lot of fun. Having a large terrace meant that we could use it as an extra room and simply enjoy the view. Everything was close by and Stephanie provided us with 5 star service from organising airport transport and providing restaurant recommendations. She also kindly made reservations for us when required. We are already recommending the apartment to friends and family.

A Perfect Sea-View Setting

We stayed 8 nights in this lovely apartment. The facilities are modern and our host was helpful with recommendations on places to eat and drink. We shopped the market for seafood and fresh produce and prepared delicious meals at home whike dining on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea.

Fabulous location

You couldn’t ask for a better location for your stay in Siracusa. An amazing view of the water and buildings from the kitchen and bedroom areas as well as from the large terrace on the second floor where we enjoyed many a meal or glass of wine overlooking the water. The apartment is super modern and comfortable and the hostess most accommodating. This is our second stay and well return again

Wonderful flat with stunning views

My husband and I recently stayed here and it was a really wonderful experience. The flat is conveniently located, very clean, well maintained, and has fantastic views. Communicating with Stephanie was very easy, she was incredibly responsive (even closing the shutters for us while we were away during a storm), and she had great local suggestions. We will definitely come back if we are in Ortigia again. Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Senoir couple get away

We loved the location, the view and the villa. The shower is smallish, the washer/dryer is an itallian challenge, the trash/recycling is mildly awkward. The deck, the view, the homey feeling is unbeatable. Very clean, great bed. Highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised, if not better. The roof terrace, view, and high ceilings were lovely. The apartment was spacious for two people on a 6 day stay. Stephanie is extremely professional and made everything easy for us with restaurant bookings, taxis and local tips. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Siracusa!

The location is fabulous, with a great view of the sea and within easy walking distance to various restaurants, Bars, And sites of interest. Stephanie was a great host! She was very professional and made recommendations for restaurants and also made reservations for us. She also offered information and advice on travel. The apartment was very clean and charming. We would definitely recommend it.

Marvelous location

The view and location of the apartment is even better then the pictures show. From the balcony and the rooftop you see and hear the see and look to the old city. From the apartment you have everything at walk distance. Morning and evening light are wonderful. Stephanie as host is very good, so do ask her local tips! A location to come back form

Wonderful apartment, the location is very enjoyable. A few staples on hand for the first day would be hugely appreciated. Salt, pepper, paper towel, maybe one bar of soap.

The apartment is a beautifully & modern renovated place to stay in the heart of Siracusa. One can perfectly feel at home and enjoy the great terrace (evenings & night when temperatures are enjoyable) or the views outside the kitchen balcony windows. Beautiful Apartment in Ortigia

We have just returned from a glorious 10 days in Sicily. We stayed in the apartment for 5 days. It was wonderful. The apartment is everything that we had hoped for. Sea view from the living area and the bedroom, comfortable bed, air conditioning in both rooms, an outside roof-top terrace. Communication with Stephanie was excellent and she had great recommendations for restaurants, which we were very grateful for. We would highly recommendation this rental. worth every bit of its 5 star review.
