Featuring a private swimming pool to relax and linger, this is a modern 3-bedroom villa in Pazin. The stay is ideal for a family of 6 members or couples traveling together.

The villa is set in a quiet location, away from all. At 2 km, you have the nearest restaurants and supermarkets. You'll find the nearest beaches at 28 km. The medieval village Motovun (12 km) and the capital of Istria Pazin (11 km) are worth a visit.

With bright and colorful interiors, the villa's living room with the seating area delights you. The terrace is perfect for having delicious home-cooked meals and barbecue nights. Sun-loungers by the pool invite you to soak under the sun before going to swim. In the private garden, you can lie down with a good book. An outside shower and parking are also available.

The nearest airport is 40 km.
