Villa in Pula with Private Pool & BBQ

If you're looking for a modern holiday home with a private swimming pool near the old town center of Pula, this property is the right choice! You can stay here in comfort with your family or a group of friends.

Pula is famous for its ancient Roman buildings. The most famous attractions are the Pula Arena, a preserved Roman amphitheatre and its beautiful sea. Besides this, it has a long tradition of winemaking, fishing, and shipbuilding. From your stay, the supermarkets and restaurants are at 500 m. You arrive at the seabeach after travelling 6 km. You can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or walking on the beach anytime.

This home is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The outdoor space consists of a sun terrace with a pool to take a refreshing plunge. An outside shower is fitted to wash up after a swim. You have a terrace with a dining table and a barbecue to enjoy meals. Parking is available. The house is not rented to a group of youth.

Pula Airport is 2.5 km away.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
