Villa San Polo Max is a beautiful villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 3 spacious bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds. In the living room, there is also a double sofa bed, offering extra space for guests.

One of the highlights of Villa San Polo Max is its private heated pool, which is available for an additional cost. The pool is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim. However, please note that the pool is closed from October 15th to April 15th, so it is not available during the cooler months.

The villa is pet-friendly for an additional cost, so you can bring your furry friends along and enjoy a holiday together. Villa San Polo Max also welcomes young groups, but please keep in mind that a double deposit is required for young groups to ensure a safe and peaceful stay.

There is a lovely outdoor dining area for 8 people, complete with a charcoal barbecue. It’s a great spot for enjoying meals in the fresh air and spending quality time with your group.

The villa is fully fenced, offering privacy and security. It also has 3 parking spaces, so you don’t have to worry about parking during your stay.

Villa San Polo Max is located in Divšići, a charming village in the peaceful Istrian countryside. The area is surrounded by beautiful nature, including green hills, forests, and fields, making it perfect for a relaxing escape. You can enjoy quiet walks, bike rides, or explore nearby towns and villages to experience local culture, food, and history.

Nearest beach is located in Fažana, only 15 km drive from the house. Fažana is a charming coastal town in Croatia, known for its beautiful beaches and proximity to the Brijuni Islands National Park. The town offers a mix of Mediterranean culture, stunning landscapes, and a rich history, making it a popular destination for visiting.

When in Fažana, you should see Brijuni national park also, allowing guests to easily explore its natural beauty and historical sites.

Brijuni national park is also home to impressive Roman ruins and ancient Byzantine fortifications, offering a unique glimpse into Croatia's rich history.

If you want to go for a longer drive, Rovinj is located 30 km from the villa. Its iconic landmark is the Church of St. Euphemia, which stands proudly on a hill, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.
