Perfect for families or friends who want to celebrate holidays together! This detached villa with private pool consists of two comfortable apartments and is located in a quiet residential area just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Pula. The nearest beach is 4 km away, a supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance of the villa.
In the enclosed garden is the swimming pool with hot tub; sun beds and umbrellas are available, as well as a BBQ, table tennis and table football!
On the ground floor you will find a living room with sitting area, an open kitchen with dining table, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate toilet and a covered terrace with garden furniture. On the first floor you will find a living room with sitting area, an open kitchen with dining table, three bedrooms, one bathrooms and a covered balcony with garden furniture.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
