Wonderful condo! So nicely upgraded and decorated! Manager was very responsive with any concerns. Oasis (the newly managed building) has made some very nice upgrades to the property. Hope we can return soon!

The Oasis at Orange Beach 1701

Excellent condo ! The kitchen was well stocked with many table settings and utensils. Property manager very responsive. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Awesome view of beach and sunset.

Fall Break Getaway

We had an amazing time staying at this place. The elevators were a little crazy on our arrival but lightned up on day 2. Amenities were fantastic and enough seating/sleeping for all of us!

Beautiful property

The newly renovated Oasis and unit 1701 are very well managed, very spacious, and very clean. Our hosts were considerate and prompt in answering questions. This is a luxury property with attention to details. We had a wonderful time with unexpected warm November days. Don't miss Gulf State Park across the street. A real treat !

Everything and MORE!

The best trip so far, the condo exceeded our expectations, communication with Rebecca was quick, personal and amazing! 11 of us, plenty of space for everyone, including the 5 grandkids. Very impressed, would not hesitate to book it again! 10+ stars!

Great spot w/ lots of room!

Plenty of space to relax, cook and hang out with friends and family. The unit is spotless and stocked with all the basics. We really enjoyed our trip! Thank you for making check-in very simple and checking in on us when needed.

Beautiful condo!

Condo was just as pictured. Beautiful views from the deck! Unit was comfortable and very clean. Owner responded quickly. We would definitely return!

Fabulous Family Vacation

This Unit was the most well stocked, clean and beautiful unit we have stayed in on Family Vacation. Beds were comfy and the wall of windows made for gorgeous sunsets. We so enjoyed the oversized balcony area with seating for everyone! I can not say enough good things about this unit! The weather was terrible due to Hurricane Francine but the amenities at the complex kept the kids busy! Indoor pool and hot tubs were a life saver! The last two days of the trip were nice weather so we enjoyed the lazy river and beach. We will def be back!

Beautiful unit with a great view.

Great unit. Had a TV problem in the bedrooms and Rebecca had the satellite company there and was on line in short order. Unit is well equipped--first class. Hope to stay here again.

Everything Exceeded Expectations

The descriptions and photos only hint at the quality of this listing. Everything was comfortable and worked as intended. The location is convenient to everything in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, so there is no reason to book anywhere else.

Breathtaking!

We had an amazing time! The experience truly exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking! Rebecca was an amazing host. Stunning corner unit!

This stunning corner unit was perfect for our annual family beach trip. The views on all sides are amazing from the ocean to the state park! Each bedroom has its own private patio. The furnishing are beautiful and comfortable. We had 7 adults and a toddler and we were all extremely spaced out and comfy. The kitchen is the best well stocked kitchen of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. Beds were all comfortable! The property came with amazing amenities from the lazy river and water slide to shuffleboard, putting green and ping pong!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Condo. Everything was as stated. The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous! The picture of the bedroom with the bunkbeds was a little deceiving. There was no way we could open door to balcony as beds covered the whole wall except for about a foot on one end. No way would that deter us from staying here again. Check in and out was smooth. The place could not have been cleaner and had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

Above our Expectations

Throughout our planning stages, the owners were prompt with answering any questions that we had regarding our stay. The time we checked in, the property made us feel welcomed and the extra carts to transport our items to the room was fantastic. Once in the room, WOW- above our expectations. The unit was clean, modern, without a lot of clutter furniture. Ever bed was so very comfortable and slept like a baby. The kitchen had any item that you could want to cook with, with plenty of storage after we shopped at local store. The outdoor space was the location to drink our coffee in the morning and evening drinks with family. The beach was fantastic, we didn’t use the pools because we enjoy the beach. You can’t go wrong with 1701- we will be back.

Ups and downs!

Overall experience was very good. The positive things were the amenities. Lots of things to keep us busy. Unit was very clean and everything worked the way they are supposed to. The negative thing’s are: 1. Elevators were terrible during prime times. Only 3-4 working most of the week. Especially bad during 4pm check in. Sometimes took 15-20 minutes to get an elevator. 2. I have rented properties for 40 years and this was the first time I ever had to pay for parking. When you pay over $5000 for a weeks stay you shouldn’t get fleeced on parking. I would add the parking cost to the rental fee. Nobody would complain about another $100. 3.Beach was too crowded 4. Complex is better suited for people with young children. Probably will not return

Amazing condo with gorgeous beach view! The corner unit provides full ocean view and sunrise and sun sets are stunning!! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need including grill stuff! Beds were super comfy. The splash pad and the lazy river were a hit with the grandkids! This is our go to condo for family beach trips from now on!

The condo was newly renovated and had great views of the ocean (sunset views were AMAZING), the lazy river, Gulf State Park, and Gulf Shores. The host was great checking in throughout the week and when a small problem occurred promptly had someone out to fix it and checked in to make sure it was taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better response time from Rebecca.

We are Wayne & Kathy Mattes from Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Over 35 years ago, we began taking our two children, Ryan & Rebecca to Orange Beach each summer for our family vacation. We obviously fell in love with the area and people, and purchased our first condo in 2001 to be able to share beach life with our friends and family. Our family has since grown as both our children have married and blessed us with 7 fabulous and fun grandchildren. Our family treasures our time together at the beach and are excited to share our beautiful condo with your family!

As our family outgrew our original condo, we felt the Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) would be a great fit. Our grandchildren love the adventure of the lazy river and water slide, and the ladies enjoy walking the seaming less miles of white sand beaches. Evenings together on the large balcony are priceless. We enjoy visiting the area in the off season, and the large, warm indoor pool keeps the kids busy. The practical features of the unit (built in ice maker, 4.5 bathrooms, large water heater, beverage refrigerator) ensure that everyone in our family is comfortable. The Oasis at Orange Beach is a perfect fit for us, and we hope you find it inviting as well.
