Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be pre-purchased. You will receive a link via email. (limit 2).

Everything was perfect. It would have been nice to have been informed that the pool and and hot tubs were out of commision all but the last day we were there. There were days the wind blew hard and it was cooler temps. The reason we chose this property was for the indoor acomodations to be able to still swim. Many tenants were upset. Everything else was great!!

Wonderful condo with amazing views of the beach! Condo very clean and well appointed. Super convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Beach getaways was very communicative and proactive. Would absolutely stay here again!

The only problem we had was Our condo was supposed to sleep 12 people actually only 10 people was able to go. We would have really been in a bind if everybody that was expected to come had been with us because both sofas was supposed to make out to a bed and only one did, actually one of my grandsons had to sleep on the floor. But besides that everything was excellent it’s a beautiful condo. Everything was so nice and convenient. The kitchen was perfect. Love the balcony. We all had a great time. Just wish my grandson didn’t have to sleep on the floor.

The condo was great. It was a wonderful experience. I’d like to bring my family together for a beach trip every year. The condo provided all the space we needed. It was close to the beach, which I loved. It had splash pad and a lazy river and a waterslide which my Grandchildren enjoyed tremendously. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the beach and the condo was perfect.

Orange Beach Perfect Getaway

We spent 7 days relaxing at the beach. This location is on the Beach, has perfect amenities ( lazy river, pool, kids special water play area, adult pool with loungers, corn hole games, pickle ball, tennis, and even a large barbecue area with tables). Close to Blue Angels base where we enjoyed a great time watching practice and then touring the Museum.great Dining and shopping in the area.

Family Vacation

Our family loved staying here. We went with a big group of siblings and their families! There was enough space for everyone to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms, which made mornings and evens so much easier. The condo wonderful. When the dryer stopped drying it was a quick text and the issue was fixed that day with ease. Our only complaint is something the condo owner has no control over, the elevators in peek times are so slow! So be prepared to wait or do the 21 flights of steps, but overall not a big deal. We loved it!

Family Vacation 2023

Each year before school starts our growing family takes a beach trip and it is important to have a place that is big enough, has all the amenities, things for the kids to do, and is clean and comfortable. The Phoenix this year was the best apartment we have had. Checked all the boxes. Elevators were an issue, as I am sure this is a common statement.

Annual Beach Trip

This was a great place to stay for our immediate and extended family. The lazy river was a big hit! The condo was very spacious and accommodated 11 of us perfectly! The elevators are very busy for the morning beach and pool time and again in the early evening for going back up to the condo, but not overwhelmingly stressful. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group. The kitchen could definitely use an inventory and adding a few things like good knives and serving bowls and things.
