This 4-bedroom villa in Vodnjan can accommodate 9 guests and is ideal for a group or family with children to stay. There is a private swimming pool and air conditioning for comfort.
In this magnificent location everything you need for fun and adventure are within easy reach. Beach (3 km), tennis (10 km), water sports (10 km), and horse riding (15 km) are activities to try while you are here. End of the day you can enjoy a dine out from the restaurant (10 km) and also do shopping from the supermarket ( 6 km).
The home has air conditioning and during the cold evenings you can be cozy in front of the fireplace in the living room. There is a children's bed for making the kids comfortable. For recreation with the family, you can enjoy a game of table tennis, darts, or football goal. For memorable evenings there is a barbecue on the roofed terrace. The outside shower and private garden are also enjoyable. the home offers safe parking and free WiFi.
Train station lies 20 km.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
