Beautiful renovated house

House with independent entrance and car parking on private courtyard, on the ground floor we find the entrance, the living room with the kitchenette (in one room), the dressing room and the full bathroom, a small corridor then leads to the internal courtyard where there is an umbrella, a table and 4 chairs to dine in the evening by candlelight or have breakfast in the morning,
On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a double bedroom and a small toilet.The house is cooled through 2 (portable) air conditioners, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, in addition there is also a fan for those who cannot stand air conditioning.
The kitchen equipment is complete as well as the appliances (washing machine - dryer - electric oven - microwave oven - refrigerator - dishwasher - vacuum cleaner - television and wi.fi line).
A few steps from the house there is a trattoria/pizzeria open only during lunch time (never in the evening).
The nearest train station is 5 km away
Convenient location to reach Venice in 30 minutes, Padua in 20 minutes, Treviso in 30 minutes.
The house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties due to the staircase that connects the ground floor with the first floor.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke and keep animals of any size and/or breed in the house.
The check-in is from 15.00 to 23.00
Check-out is by 10.00 am
For late check-in (after 23.00) there is an extra charge of 40€
