Bien pratique et qualité

Tout bien sauf un retour en bus de venise qui s'arrêtait à 3,6 km du lieu ou on l'avait pris car après 22h on ne savait pas, les km à pieds vers 23 h 30 !!!

Great place close to Venice

The unit was a great find. Not only did we have secure parking we also had great access to transit to visit Venice. What a nice surprise from Isabella who actually supplied us with some essentials to start our stay off perfectly. Thanks for the food it was greatly appreciated. The unit itself was up to date with a large kitchen area and a very comfortable bedroom and a large bathroom and shower. The unit had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for great accommodations in the Venice area.

A ways to Venice

Reasonably priced location near a very busy road. Still 15 km to Venice. Served its purpose. Breakfast is included but not really a breakfast- plastic wrapped croissant and cookies. Clean but very apparent the chemicals used to clean were a bit overwhelming upon entry. Probably closer to 3.5 then 4.0.

Séjour à Venise

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse à Venise. Ce logement est très bien pour une famille de 4-5 personnes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Isabella est une hôte très accueillante qui se soucie de ses hôtes. Venise est très facilement accessible depuis le logement (bus ou voiture+tram). Il faut 10 min de voiture pour rejoindre le tram qui nous amène à Venise en 20 min. Nous recommandons.

Isabella is a great host, her friend opened up the electronic gate and Isabella was notified and she met us at the property and gave us a walk through of the property and everything we needed to know about taking the tram into Venice ,where to park adjacent to the tram stop and how the tram tickets worked. Make sure you ask Isabella about how to work the parking machine as there is a translation button on it if you’re not familiar with Italian machines. The property was very roomy and well equipped and Isabella had loaded the fridge with some essentials to eat and drink We can strongly recommend Restorante Nuova Favrita nearby , great food and very reasonable. Isabella is definitely a great and caring host and deserves her superhost rating as she ensured we were happy and answered all our questions and she could be contacted easily if needed There was a large shopping centre nearby and easily accessible.

Amazing host

The host was amazing and so welcoming! She was accommodating with a different check in time and the location was right next to the busy station! She left us breakfast for the morning which was super nice so we didn’t have to go get our own!

Très bon accueil d Isabella à notre arrivée : elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour aller à Venise et très attentionnée pour ses hôtes : petits déjeuners très complets et articles de toilette. La location est très agréable et je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Great place if staying more than 1 night..

Overall I can see this would be an excellent place to stay if more than one night and you have a car with luggage. I picked this place because I had a car but due to bad weather, I arrived later than anticipated and was unable to see Venice that night. I had to wait until the next day but was unable to keep my car parked there which defeated the reason I picked this place. I had to find a place to park my car and then secure my luggage at a storage facility since I couldn’t hide it in my vehicle. With that said, Isabella was very friendly and this place would be great if staying longer to get full use of the great amenities (kitchen, bus stop, neighborhood restaurants, etc). Sadly, didn’t work for me and ended up costing me more money.

Great Favorita Stay

Our stay was great, Isabella and Miss is fantastic. Pictures are accurate and description. Buses are easy to navigate and is a quick ride to the island.

Que vous dire de plus qu’ « Excellent » Isabella est une hôte remarquable. Accueil fort chaleureux et de très bons conseils. La location est très bien équipée , que ce soit à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Emplacement parking pour le logement. Un espace sous tonnelle pour les repas. Située à 30 mn de la cité lacustre. Extrêmement bien desservie. Propreté irréprochable. Tout est fourni, lits faits et deux serviettes de toilettes par convive, même de quoi faire un bon petit déjeuner. Merci à vous pour cette délicate attention. Je recommande vivement à consommer sans modération. Merci à vous deux et au plaisir de vous revoir. Cordialement la famille Toulouse.

Quiet stay in Venice

Comfortable, clean, and only 30 minutes from the main island of Venice by bus (€3 round trip). Isabella was a great and communicative host. If you want to escape the crowds, this is the spot for you.

Fantastic home and location - a wonderful stay!

We had such a good time in your home Isabella - thank you for everything! The clean comfortable rooms with the super comfortable beds, big bathroom, and excellent kitchen and dining area was perfect for our visit to the Venice area. The gated parking was excellent and the nice neighborhood where we could walk to the church two houses down and to the little store across the road, the cafe just a half block away were all fantastic. This area is a little north of Venice in a neighborhood. We loved being able to walk places and easy drive to where we wanted to go. The kitchen setup was perfect for us, and the big Commercial Park just down the road allowed us to easily get groceries and things we needed and come back to relax and plan our next day adventure in the area. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I live in an area of New England USA where in ten years I dont take public transportation once. Isabella gave such amazing instructions we were able to easily hop the bus for 1.5 euro and get to Venice in about 15-20 minutes and get back to the house easily knowing only a few works in Italian. It was amazingly easy for us and saved a lot of money not parking in Venice and we were able to leave our car at the house and just pop off to visit the city. It was fantastic! We arrived after dinner time and had a nice welcome by our hostess who showed us everything we needed to know. Your home is lovely and we would recommend to anyone! Thank you very much!

Ideal für Kurztrip nach Venedig

Für Kurztrip nach Venedig ok, für längeren Urlaub würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Sehr gute Nahverkehrsanbindung nach Venedig. Für 2, 3 Nächte ist es ausreichend. Küche ist mehr für kleinen Imbiss und Frühstück ausgestattet. Service, Schlüsselübergabe und Co. hat gut funktioniert. Wir waren zufrieden. Preis Leistung soweit ok. Draußen sitzen war aber für uns nicht möglich, die Mücken fanden es dort auch schön. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Für Selbstversorgung haben wir den LIDL genutzt, der aber gut nur mit Auto oder Bus erreichbar ist. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es nur 2 Tabak-/Miniläden.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!

Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir hatten insgesamt einen Traumurlaub! Wir schließen uns den hier geäußerten, positiven Beurteilungen selbstverständlich an: Die neuwertige, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen (Küche, Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und zwei Fernseher). Es ist für alles gesorgt, so dass sich die Gäste sofort wohlfühlen. Es gibt Vorräte im Kühlschrak, für jeden Tag ein kleines Frühstück, einen Früchtekorb sowie Tee und Kaffee (Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, Toaster etc.). Im Bad liegen neue Zahnbürsten, Duschgel und Shampoo bereit; die Betten sind frisch überzogen, für Handtücher in allen Größen ist gesorgt. Im Garten neben dem Stellplatz für den PKW steht eine Pergola mit Grillmöglichkeit. Ganz abgesehen vom kostenlosen WiFi-Anschluss, gibt es von der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin Isabella wertvolle Tipps, wie man schnell und preiswert mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ins nahegelegene Venedig gelangt. Unweit der Wohnung (5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt) gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr. Danke Isabella!!
