Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 74 Springer Villa is a stunning well equipped pet friendly holiday home on the Atlantic Reach Resort, perfect for exploring the many sandy surfing beaches of Newquay, including Fistral and Watergate Bay. Also an ideal base to explore further afield, Padstow, Port Issac, Truro, Tintagel Castle & The Eden Project are all within easy reach with many more locations besides. Manor Arms pub and cafe are close by.

Within the property, there is a spacious open lounge with a large L shaped sofa & smart TV, kitchen & dining area with coffee machine & dishwasher. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with tv, a bedroom with triple bunk bed & bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside there is a picnic table with parasol on the patio
