Upon check in, everything you see is very clean and in its place. Our hosts were very easy to contact and once inside and situated, you didn't have to go far to find anything. The attractions are within a short car ride (we used freenow to get around)We'll return here if it's available

It was exactly as stated. This property is in a residential neighborhood so it is nice and quiet. Perfectly located next to some nice restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, bank and central to buses and taxis. I would stay here again - also it’s not a bad walk up the stairs but there is a small elevator. I would stay there again.

Good location, close to the metro and a bus stop, very comfortable beds, plenty of space for my 3 friends and myself. Unfortunately, I ended up with an ant infestation in my bedroom that had to be treated twice and the couch and chairs in the living room need to be thrown out. They were sunken in and impossible to sit on for more than a few minutes. The host, fortunately compensated us for the infestation and horrible furniture by giving us a free transfer to Termini Station. We appreciated that.

Dear Cynthia, Thank you for your detailed feedback, and we're glad to hear you enjoyed the location, comfortable beds, and the space for you and your friends. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the ant issue and the condition of the living room furniture during your stay. We addressed the infestation promptly and are currently addressing the furniture issue to ensure a better experience for future guests. We're glad the transfer to Termini Station helped make up for the inconvenience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope to host you again in the future. Best regards, WonderWhereToStay
