Wonderful Experience

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. The place was big and good for 7 people or more. The property is close to everything, like groceries, market, shopping mall etc. I like that the metro is only walking distance from this place. The room was clean and comfortable which I really appreciate it. Thank You for a great stay and experienced we had while we are in Rome Italy.

Spacious; gracious host

We chose this location because of the number of rooms and bathrooms, even though it was a little outside the city center. Camelia was so nice and provided great restaurant recommendations. There was a lovely cafe two doors down where we grabbed breakfast every morning.

A excellent out of the beaten path way yo.visit Romer just a few subway stops away

Host very prompt in answering questions even though we had a few hiccups. We were given free use of aĺl products within unit. Would recommend for an older family that likes to investigate area

This is the place to stay in Rome

When staying in Rome, this is the place. The apartment is on the metro line so it was really easy to get to all the places we wanted to see, Colosseum, Forum, Vatican, Pantheon, etc. The apartment was as advertised. The host helped us bring the luggage up to the apartment. She accommodated all our wishes.

Good location/near public transit

There was nothing glamorous about this property, but it was the perfect place to sleep with convenient location to the Metro. The host was very accommodating and even drove one of our couples to the airport early in the morning. We had to time our showers in order to have hot water, which apparently is a problem with all the old buildings in Rome. We felt safe and comfortable staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay. Carmelia our hostess was so friendly and helpful, gave us great information about the area and great tips on how to best enjoy our time in Rome. The location was excellent, easy to get there from both airports and train station, we were a group of 7 coming from different places. Metro station only 4 minutes walk with easy access to all Rome attractions. Lovely local restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself, was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Camelia made our stay so easy going, communicating and helping us through out our stay, she is a super star. Will definitely go back and recommend to others. 10/10

Beautiful Rome!!

Camelia was a wonderful host!! Very attentive to all of our needs. She had snacks and drinks for us when we arrived and the check in process was so smooth. She went over the map with us and suggested restaurants to go to and areas to stay away from. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Everything that we needed was there and Camelia was very responsive with any questions or issues we had. We did have some issues with the AC unit in one of the rooms and she made every effort to fix the problem. One of our guests got stuck in the elevator and she was able to call someone to reset the system. When we left, she met us the night before and gave us some Italian sweets to take with us. She also had a van to take us to the airport in the morning for our flight. Mario was wonderful and very prompt. All in all, the stay was wonderful, Rome was extremely hot, the food was fantastic and the sites were even better!!!

Cleanliness excellent.Host excellent.Air conditioning - 2 out of 5 - we were told to switch off Air conditioning every 2 hours. The weather was so hot - imagine with no air con.There was live band opposite park which finished 0130hrs- not sure how often this happens.We were told to wash one person at a time. The reason to look for more bathrooms was to shower when I wanted to shower not to wait for someone to finish. Good place- transport easily accesible. Shops nearby.Secure place.Landlord easily reachable.Kitchen - pots needs up topping - only twoCups- needs slightly biggerOverall- air condition needs upgrading and showers- requires upgrading so that people dont have to wait for one person to finish showering - take turns.

Dear Ms. Albertina Thank you for being our guests , for the positive and negative opinions , just to specify:ALL ELECTRIC SYSTEM WENT DOWN AT 9.00 PM WHEN YOU CALLED TO INFORM DUE TO HIGH USE - YOU ARRIVED AT 3 p m AND LEFT 4 AICONDITION MACHINE TO GO UNTIL 9.00 PM WITHOUT STOP IN SOME OF THE ROOMS THE WINDOW WAS OPEN ALSO WITH AIR CONDITION OPEN AT 9.00 P M - ARE 6 HOURS - IN THIS WAY ALL ELECTRIC SYSTEM HIT UP SO MUCH THAT YOU MADE ALL ELECTRIC SYSTEM TO FALL -COUNT THAT WE HAVE FROM PROVIDER A POWER MORE HIGH THAN NORMAL DOMESTIC USE BUT YOU STIL MADE FALL , ON MACHINES IS WRITED NOT FOR 24H USE - I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THE WARM BUT HERE IS NOT OUR FAULT - IS AN APARTMENT- NOT A HUGE HOTEL WERE ALL CAN GO NON STOP. I just told you when I come to fix the problem at 9.00 p m to leave THE AIRCON STOPED FOR 1/2 HOURS TO GET REFRESH THE SYSTEM - after to be used with temporizator option , I DID NOT TELL YOU TO STOP AT EACH 2 HOURS. In the baths cold wather goes well also the hot one . To do shower on turn is beacause of pressure of the wather - again when is booked an apartment that structure is in a residential building were other people use the wather which comes as for domestic use from here is the pressure that is fluctuating sometimes but used as described works good , i m sorry but you can do shower whenever you want being a group and knowing all others if for 10 minutes one person has a shower and other wait I do not see it as a huge problem, anyways in order to accomplish all we will proceed to find a solution to this. For the Rome events and concert specified again i m sorry but is NOT DEPENDING ON US - THIS IS A STRUCTURE IN CENTRAL AREA OF A BIG CITY AS ROME SO THIS IS SOMETHING CAN HAPPEN. Regarding our pots - that one of them after you depart is not useful anymore being burned , I m sorry we did not know before that you will be cooking food in such big quantities usually all groups we had until you never complained regarding the pots and used what we had , on the moment you asked another pot I did not understand exactly what you need as I writed you but to be prepared for all now I put mor big pots . This was a great location to the metro and grocery market. The host communicated regularly and always answered my questions. She even offered to pick us up from the airport for a fee and when our flight was delayed, she was still willing to pick us up. She went above and beyond to make sure that we got to our location in the middle of the night very safely. Very hospitable!Each of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom, which was great for a large family traveling together. The main observation is that you’re not going to have warm water very consistently. Regardless of water pressure or usage, European hostels or bnb’s require quick showers, and flexible attitudes about regular and rapidly changing water temperatures.
