This property is one of two, set in the owners’ grounds where privacy is assured. The beautiful barn conversion boasts a modern fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals using fresh local produce from the nearby town. The local pub is 1 mile walk to the village across fields, steep in places. Bodnant Welsh Food farm shop a short car ride of 5 minutes. The village of Eglwysbach is home to the famous Bodnant gardens of over 100 acres run by the National Trust

Guests can stay over two bedrooms at Buzzards View, one king size with en suite shower room. The second twin bedroom with use of a family bathroom, perfect to take a leisurely bath and enjoy the views, with freestanding bath and WC to complete the accommodation.
The property benefits from a heat recovery system which extracts damp air 24 /7 and returns it filtered and recycles the heat. With all natural stone floors throughout, including bathrooms warmed by underfloor heating and extra insulation in walls, floors, ceilings and solar panelling the cottage is very eco friendly.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome during your stay, but we would ask they remain downstairs. We offer a second property Red Kites Retreat which can accommodate an additional 7 guests. The property is accessed via a private drive 2 km long, made with passing points climbing to 650 feet.
