Third time staying here and every time Denis and Svetlana have added something to make the stay better,( as if it could getter better),everything that you need has been thought of in this villa, always spotlessly clean, lovely clean pool that Denis cleans every 3 days, very quiet and a lovely area at the front with fabulous sea views to have a drink and chill out, we had a small problem with the electric, contacted Svetlana and Denis was there within 15 minutes to sort it out, nothing is to much trouble for them, close to amenities and restaurants, a fabulous place to stay and unwind 10/10.

A beautiful villa with panoramic views and lovely gardens

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa - it was a real home from home experience with everything you could possibly want and more. The villa exceptionally clean, spacious, with quality furniture and comfortable beds. It has great panoramic views of the sea from the living room and terrace. The villa is about 10 mins walk to Peyia village with many restaurants, bars and tavernas. If you want to eat in, shops are within easy walking distance. Sandy Coral Bay beach is only 5 minutes drive away. The owners are very friendly and easy accessible and answer any question or request. The garden is beautiful and well looked after. Great sunny pool and sunbathing area, barbeque and garden furniture all provided for relaxation. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely come back for a longer holiday next year.

Wunderbare Villa in ruhiger Lage

We take great care to keep the house spotless, well-equipped, and surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful garden — so you can truly relax from the first day. Many of our visitors tell us they appreciate not only the comfort, but also the personal care and local tips that help them discover the best of Peyia and Coral Bay. We look forward to welcoming future guests and making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.

We chose this area of Lower Peyia for its unique balance of peace, nature and convenience.

The villa is set in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful homes, gardens and open views, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere without feeling isolated.

At the same time, Peyia centre is within walking distance, offering cafés, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and everyday essentials, making life easy and comfortable without needing a car for daily needs.

Coral Bay and its sandy beaches are only a short drive away, while the surrounding area offers some of the most beautiful nature spots in Cyprus, including sea caves, Avakas Gorge and the Akamas Peninsula.

We love the feeling of space and tranquillity here — waking up to birdsong, enjoying quiet mornings, and still having everything needed for a comfortable and active holiday just minutes away.
