the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was awesome. I caught a wide variety of fish from the dock, Black Drum, snook, mangrove snapper, lady fish, sand perch, Sheeps head, as well as a few catfish. the dock was our favorite part because of the view of the wildlife area and the amazing sunsets. we also had a burrowing owl visit and a couple of iguanas.

Beware! Advise the owner of items that were wrong upon initial walkthrough with video and owner filed an insurance claim. Overall the house was convenient for our boys football tournament and the neighborhood was friendly. Also the pictures need to be updated, this house and decor is very outdated. Pictures can be deceiving

Perfection

Golf group of eight had zero issues with this beautiful house and property. Plenty of space, and what a gorgeous space it is. The bedrooms are large, kitchen/family room inviting and warm. The pool area is unbelievable. Everything you need for a great vacation is here. Communication with our hostess was a breeze and she was on top of everything. Location is peaceful and quiet yet close to everything; golf, stores, restaurants and bars. Best bargain we’ve found in a long time. We shall return!

2024 Family Christmas

The house was as advertised. It easily accommodated our family of 9 which consisted of grandparents, parents and adult grandchildren. We spent most of our time outside lounging by the pool and on the dock. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.

All around great stay!

This home has it all. Plenty to keep the kids busy all day without ever leaving the property. Great location, close to shopping and great food. Home was spacious and squeaky clean. This was one of our best vacations to date. Was thrilled we were able to extend our time there another two days. We didn’t want to leave! Denise was an amazing host and we are so thankful she shared her gorgeous home with us! We will be back!

Great property

House was great. Pool and hot tub where nice and the view out the back was excellent. House is in a great neighborhood very quiet even with building going on down the street. The host was great. I would definitely rent this house again and hope to in the next year or two.

Girls Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a group of nine, plenty of room. Loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was as beautiful as the photos. Being on the canal was a bonus! Location was not our favorite, kind of a long drive to major areas we wanted to visit. Would have been nice to have a few more blankets on beds and throw blankets. Overall really enjoyed & would recommend!

Family together for Thanksgiving

Our family of 9 of traveled from Michigan, Pennsylvania and Illinois to enjoy a warm week together. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked and we cooked every dinner, including turkey, to eat either inside or at extra large outdoor table. Grill was great, pool and hot tub were quite warm:). Our favorite was the dock for evening fishing. We rented a boat for 3 days out on the water, accompanied by dolphins; it was lovely to boat up to restaurants for seafood lunches and dock at the house. Kayaking was a hit for the 11,12 and 16 year olds as well as adults. We appreciated that they brought 2 more for us to use:). Quiet neighborhood, lots of wildlife. Beds were comfy, everything was as pictured. It was a terrific week!! 💕

Loved everything about our stay

Our family had an amazing time staying, and we hope to come back one day. Kayaking on the canal and fishing along with swimming in the pool lead to an amazing time while we were there. The home was clean and an order and the host was amazing to work with highly recommend staying here we will be back.

Fabulous Host and Home

Loved this trip , Denise is the best host, she is so sweet and kind! Very attentive to anything we needed and a pure joy to be able to meet her during our stay! The home is large and spacious, the pool and dock area were the best! We were able to rent a boat and tie right up to the dock for the week! The upstairs master was perfect for our girls to have their own space and large bathroom to get ready, downstairs was perfect for two mother in laws at the front of the house and the master and the 5th bedroom with a pool bath was perfect for us and our son, everyone had their own space with plenty of room! The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and the new grill was perfect for cooking and dining out by the pool! We definitely would recommend staying here and we are looking forward to our next trip! Thank you Denise for a great vacation week in your beautiful home!

Awesome getaway!

We all had a great time! From the pool to the canal! The fish wasn’t biting very good while we were there. Could have been the bait we was using. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to relax and have a good time. Denise was very helpful with things that we needed or needed to be done. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Great vacation home

We totally enjoyed staying in this home. Plenty of room for our group of 8, pool and lanai was a great hangout spot. Boys loved fishing off the dock, caught catfish, skates, sharks & sawfish. Home was very clean and well appointed made for a great vacation.

Relaxing and beautiful view

With the canal and pool there is a lot to do here on the property and the grocery store and town are not too far away. The house was clean with a lot of towels and there was plenty of room for our group.

Wonderful and clean property!

We had a party of 9 with four adults and five kids from 17 down to 6 years old. The home had everything we could have needed from pool towels to cooking supplies. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. The enclosed pool area was great and we spent most of our time slashing! We brought our own boat and anchored up right behind the house. The ride out of the canal was a little long, but it was a beautiful ride. We actually caught more fish from the dock than we did from the boat trips! Sharks, sting rays, catfish, and red fish were abundant for catching right off the dock! The property owner was quick to respond and helpful. The Cape Coral area is quiet and has quite a few yummy restaurants. One in particular, we visited several times was Miceli’s. We went by boat and docked at the restaurant. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!
