1st, This apartment is in heart of the Castello section of Cagliari next door to Santa Anna Maria church, magnificent location inside the old town. 2nd. Apartment is much better than the photos, 2 queens and a sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms. 3rd. Allesandro and his family went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Coffee, fresh milk, eggs, all the condiments we could ever use, 2 big bottle of fresh water. Their guidance to restaurants, parking, helpful tips made a big difference. The portable A/C unit is new and quite large and cooled off the apartment even on days of 105 degree temperatures. The linens were high quality Italian thread, the bedroom beds were very comfortable, he has beach umbrellas, kitchen has everything you could ever need or want for a stay. Fast response for our questions, check in was fast, Seating for 6, If you are looking at a place to go back in time and stay in a 700AD, eat fresh fish, explore world famous beaches this is the place for you. These are quality folks that give more than they promise. Alessandro and his son Andrea are the kindest of people you will ever meet. This apartment should be 10 stars, there is not better value, I highly recommend it. I hope to return again. One of our best vacations,

Cagliari

Great location and spacious place. Alessandro picked us up at the airport, which was nice, check in went very smooth. Alessandro was also very communicative and helpful with our requests for recommendations and other items. Definitely recommend.

I wish I could give this experience more than five stars. Dolores and Alessandro were wonderful hosts! They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport at no extra charge, walked us up to the flat and fully explained everything from how things worked to the best places to eat nearby. This, despite having only a little English and us having zero Italian. The flat was wonderful in every way: Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, exactly as pictured and described. It's up two flights of stairs -- we found it easy with small suitcases, but if you've got a stroller for example, this is worth knowing. The location was everything you'd want in an Italian getaway: The flat is at the top of the ancient castle and right next to a massive church, with plenty more to explore. We encountered two artists creating in their workshops and a private gallery of enameled tiles found in the area. But any direction you might choose to walk down you'll find a charming neighborhood. To the east, we recommend Benedetto market for authenticity; to the south, the very charming old city and port, which I imagine would be crowded with cruise ship tourists in summer, but every restaurant you might saunter into is fantastic. To the west are A restaurants still on the hilltop, and an ancient coliseum at bottom. Oh and there are lifts from the bottom to the top, but you have to find them.Three days on the ground was perfect for us. Recommend.

L’appartement est situé dans le quartier le plus charmant de Cagliari, tout en hauteur, avec une vue panoramique sur la ville. En revanche, l’accès est très escarpé : en pleine chaleur, avec des enfants, cela peut vite devenir éprouvant. La première plage (Poetto) est éloignée. Tout déplacement doit se faire par les transports en commun, ce qui demande un peu d’organisation et de temps au quotidien. Le logement est spacieux et pratique pour une famille de cinq, notamment grâce aux deux salles de bain. L’accueil a été cordial, et plusieurs services appréciables sont inclus. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir haben die einmalige Lage mitten in Castello, ganz nah an der Kathedrale, sehr genossen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung direkt wohl gefühlt, für uns fünf auch wunderbar groß. Sehr angenehm war, dass Seifen, Küchenpapier, Salz, Öl und Kaffee vorhanden waren. Würde ich auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

A proximité de tout

Très belle location, plus grande que ne laissent voir les photos. Hyper propre. Les lits étaient faits, il y avait des serviettes avec des savons. Très appréciable : de l'eau fraîche dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles si besoin. La location est dans le centre historique, à maximum 15 minutes de marche de toutes les visites à faire. Je conseille absolument !maximum

Bellissimo appartamento in centro a Cagliari

Appartamento pulito, ben arredato, comodo, funzionale e in pieno centro a Cagliari, nello splendido quartiere Castello che domina la città dall'alto. L'host Alessandro gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliato!
