Additionally, a BBQ area awaits, perfect for hosting outdoor gatherings. This holiday house combines contemporary living and the joys of outdoor entertaining.
Space has an open concept with a direct entrance to the terrace, with dining area and BBQ facilities. Both rooms have amazing city views and sea views. The bathroom is modernly decorated, with both shower and a bathtub. There are two apartments with separate entrances where full privacy is guaranteed.
The street leading to the house is a bit narrow and steep, and the parking is limited on 1 car. It's private parking behind the house.
