Villa Suzy Lux- Duplex Two Bedroom Villa with Swimming Pool and Sea View

Suzy Lux features Duplex Two Bedroom Villa located on the beautiful island of Brač. Guests are provided with furnished terrace with swimming pool and sea view, as well as BBQ facilities.
Pets are allowed with notice, charges of 5 EUR per stay will apply.
Private parking free of charge is available on site.

This lovely duplex two bedroom villa is a perfect fit for up to 6 persons.
It features Wi-Fi, air conditioning and cable TV. The apartment is equipped with furnished terrace with swimming pool and sea view. Guests have BBQ facilities at their disposal. Bedrooms are fit with large double bed, single beds, and additional sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, water kettle, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and dish washer. Bathroom is fit with a shower and a hair dryer.
Washing machine is at guests disposal.
Guests have BBQ facilities at their disposal as well.

Villa Suzy Lux is located on beautiful Island of Brac. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic centre, but far enough to avoid the crowds.
All guests may need can be found within walking distance, such as grocery store, restaurants, bus stop, post office, tourist information office, ambulance and pharmacy. Gas station, bank and Ferry Supetar are 7 km away.

Ferry Port Supetar, connecting the island with the main land is located 7 km from the accommodation, while Brač airport is located 35 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
