Upstairs, the double bedroom and single bedroom offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or small groups, with an additional sofa in the living room allowing the apartment to host up to four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps, air conditioning, heating, a hair dryer, ironing equipment, and a filter coffee machine. Hot water is supplied via an electric boiler activated by switching on the left switch in the electrical panel for about 15–20 minutes before showering, turning it off again for safety. Entry involves no steps, and although the building has no elevator, access to the apartment is easy. A baby cot is available upon request, and a keybox enables smooth self check-in.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, with earlier access possible if the apartment is ready, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the Old Town are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. Townhall Nest uses a keybox for convenient self check-in, and child equipment is available on request, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay in one of Corfu’s most historic locations.
