Kitchen - Beautiful character kitchen. South facing so lots of natural sunlight coming in during the days.
Well equipped with modern high spec appliances including integrated fridge/freezer and integrated washer/dryer.
The breakfast bar with plush velvet stools is perfect for those peaceful coffee or wine breaks, alternatively it makes for a great workstation too with usb plug sockets conveniently located.

Bathroom - A truly tranquil, indulgent spa-style bathroom; enjoy a relaxing hot wash by utilising the rainfall shower head, the quality enclosure allows for a steam filled experience, perfect for naturally unwinding.
Quality towels and luxury essential amenities all provided.

Double Bedroom - Tastefully designed, the large, airy double bedroom features a make-up station fit with a plush velvet stool and Hollywood style bulb mirror so you can glamour up for the day in peace.
Relax and unwind in the evenings by setting the mood with the touch lamp and blackout curtains, sink into the charming plush velvet double bed fitted with quality cotton percale bed linen and get ready for some quality rest.
Wardrobe with hangers & ample space for storage of any luggage.
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board all provided.

Twin Bedroom – Tastefully designed, the twin bedroom features two matching single plush velvet beds fitted with quality cotton percale bed linen, blackout curtains, touch lamp and a rack with hangers and storage space for clothes/luggage.

Garden area – Peaceful, south facing enclosed rear garden space, thoughtfully designed with all natural materials and a traditional picnic bench.
A lovely, cosy space to soak up the sun’s rays throughout the day or enjoy watching it set as the day comes to an end.
The space is fully fenced offering privacy, freedom and comfort for all (including your pet!)

- All rooms feature quality radiators which can be controlled centrally via the NEST thermostatic control located in the living room.
- Internet - Super Fast Wifi.
- Smart TV to log into Netflix/Amazon Prime/NOWTV/Apple TV and Disney+ accounts.
- Electric fireplace in the lounge which can be used to heat or simply provide ‘flame effect only’ for a beautiful backdrop to your cosy evening.
