The Saltdean beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away and you'll also find two pubs nearby offering sea views, great food and entertainment including local stores, off licence and take-aways. Tesco express located just 3 minutes away and open 7 days a week between 7am until 11pm.

Buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road and run till 3am every night except Sundays

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbors, noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 10:00. This includes no loud music or parties. We have noise monitors installed in the entire property, set to a fair level, to ensure this policy is adhered to. If you trigger a noise alert, you will be contacted by phone, text, and/or email. If the problem continues or you do not respond to us, our security team may be called out to visit the property, and a charge will be passed onto you. Failure to comply could result in further visits, charges, and, in extreme circumstances, you may be asked to leave the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
