ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
1) a double living room with corner sofa, dining table and study corner with desk (55" smart TV, Alexa and WiFi); there are 2 windows;
2) a separate kitchen with a window; in the eat-in kitchen, equipped with new appliances, you will find a breakfast table with stools and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
1) double bedroom with King size bed1 (200 x 180) divisible into two single beds on request; in this bedroom there is also a safe with an electronic device with a personalized code. There is a window.

3) a second bedroom with a single bed (200x90) and armchaire bed (190x80) and with a window;
4) a bathroom with a new (built February 2024) walking shower and with window .
Access to the bedrooms is with an internal step.
Children are welcome guests: one child up to 3 years old in parents' bed stays for free; upon request it is possible to add a cot with changing table for baby or small bed for children (3 years old) for 20 euros a day (including sheets and towels and wet wipes).
