Ground floor: consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a laundry room.



First floor: a clear, multipurpose space, which can be converted into a living area, bedroom, or workspace.

There are several areas that can be used for work: the living room on the ground floor, but also on the first floor a multipurpose space that has a table.
