Its extensive garden blends seamlessly with the green landscape, and the nearly 50 m² porch is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in great company. Without a doubt, it is a place to relax and appreciate the natural beauty and tranquility of the area.

All rooms are exterior and very spacious, especially the bedrooms, making it particularly comfortable for large groups. The house is fully equipped and filled with thoughtful details to ensure the best experience during your stay.

Its strategic location makes it an ideal starting point to explore the Basque Country: just 20 minutes from Vitoria, 40 minutes from Bilbao, and one hour from San Sebastián. Truly an exceptional option for an unforgettable getaway.

We will send an email to complete the online check-in on the same day your reservation is confirmed. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain and is required to enter any of our accommodations. Check-in must be completed at least 20 hours before arrival. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will assist you.

Lovely holidayhome

We had a lovely time in Otxandio / The Basque experience house. The house is nice and cool when the weather is hot, it is very spacious. Lovely kitchen. Nice beds/ good matrasses. It is well located. Swimming in the nearby lake was very refreshing.

Amazing property! Very large and spacious and looks fantastic! Property is very rural, with very little way of obtaining a taxi from the local town. There's a bus that runs into Bilbao and surrounding areas, so would recommend renting a car to travel. Only downside were neighbours dogs which bark loudly when approaching property and at night somtimes, but not the hosts fault

La casa es agradable y fresca, bastante bien ubicada por la zona del parque de Urkiola. Sin embargo las instalaciones/electrodomesticos (nevera, tetera, tostadora,cafetera etc.) no estan en buenas condiciones y no corresponden al importe del alquiler. La perera ubicada justo delante ha sido una molestia muy desagradable. Los perros ladran dia y noche. Hay noches que no hemos podido dormir bien. Si esto se arregla, la casa es recomendable.

Muchas gracias por su comentario. Nos alegra saber que ha disfrutado de la ubicación de la casa y de su entorno natural, así como de la comodidad general de la vivienda. En relación con los electrodomésticos, tomamos nota de sus observaciones para revisarlos y asegurar que se encuentren en las condiciones adecuadas acordes al alojamiento. Respecto al ruido, nos gustaría indicar que se trata de un factor externo a la propiedad y fuera de nuestro control, especialmente en entornos rurales donde pueden existir fincas o animales cercanos. No obstante, entendemos que puede afectar al descanso y agradecemos que lo comparta con nosotros. Agradecemos sinceramente sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando.
