We rented #3 which is a 3 bedroom, the unit has a Queen downstairs and a Queen and King bed upstairs. I read reviews going into the stay that I wanted to clarify for this particular unit.
The kitchen had more than we expected for supplies to use to cook. There were lots of beach things provided including a collection of sun block likely left from past guests. We added a beach umbrella to the mix as there aren't a lot of ways to get shade unless you get one from the place next door which were in not so good shape (but they make it work :). We asked for beach chairs from the resort next door to be placed on the end of the beach closest to where we were staying which was awesome. Beach chairs were only $2 each. Super good deal.
The pool was awesome and fun, we brought our own floats and the kids had a ball playing. There is a hose at the end of the porch so clean up was easy. The coral isn't too bad in front of the place unlike what I'd originally read in some of the reviews, if you have sensitive feet, bring beach shoes, if not, you can totally walk around the few spots in the water where there is some harder coral. I think the coral reef in front of the house has suffered damage from global warming as the reef looked almost completely white, but if you swim out far enough, you will see a few colorful fish, it's really shallow even far out so you don't feel like you are in an unsafe place.
The beach is gorgeous and not a lot of people, I love this kind of beach that has just enough services and not too many tourists. We really like the area, it's quiet and nice with lots of options for fun or just to enjoy a quiet night at the condo.
The locals walk the beach and will offer things to sell but they aren't pushy.
The 2 beach bars next door are great, also the resort had good food, and there is a grocery store close by.
We enjoyed our stay and would come back again!
