Great Stay

Absolutely fantastic time in Malaga. This apartment was wonderful and the owner was excellent communicator. Would stay again.

Terrace View

Lovely views of Malaga and sunsets. Comfortable beds and great showers. Noisy, loud TV from neighbors until late at night, sliding door to terrace off the track and difficult refrigerator door were annoying. Great location with easy walk to Old Town.

Overview

Property was fine, not 5 star, clean great location One problem the description on the site is not accurate. There are 4 bedrooms + sofabed in the lounge, NOT 5 bedrooms as advertised, which did not start the holiday off well. I organised the trip and one of our main requirements was for each adult to have their own bedroom

Thanks Ken, I'm sorry for the inconvenience but the description of the ad does not allow you to specify where the 5 bed is, but we do have to clarify that there are 4 rooms and not 5, greetings.

Misleading Listing, Unhelpful Owner, and Security Issues

I recently stayed at this holiday flat, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. The listing advertised more rooms than were actually available, leaving us with far less space than we expected. When we contacted the owner about this issue, they were completely unhelpful and refused to offer any assistance or compensation. To make matters worse, the lock on the door was broken when we arrived, and we had to go through the hassle of arranging a new lock and key ourselves. This was a major inconvenience and made us feel unsafe during our stay. Overall, the lack of care and attention from the owner, combined with the misleading information and security issue, made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Hello Mathias, thank you for your time in leaving us a comment, it is not true that you did not have assistance during your stay, we have assistance 24 hours a day and we are available for whatever you need, we explain the issue of the rooms, in fact in the photos From the advertisement you can also notice that there are only 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, groups of 8 people have previously stayed and there were no problems.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het verblijf had wat gebreken. Niet alle screens konden naar beneden. De woonkamer (voor gebruik slaapbank), heeft geen goede gordijnen of screens. Een wasbak liep niet goed door. Van 1 badkamer kan deur niet op slot. Communciate en locatie was goed. .

Bedankt voor uw reactie, het spijt me voor wat u zei, maar het zijn kleine tekortkomingen die al zijn opgelost, de deur van de badkamer kan om veiligheidsredenen niet op slot, het zou niet de eerste keer zijn dat iemand in de badkamer wordt opgesloten en heeft dan hulp nodig. Groeten!
