Kavos villa set in the tranquil area of Agios Petros peninsula is steeped in rich history belonging to the famous Greek artist Aggelopoulos.
Here you can admire many original paintings displayed throughout the villa. Just 15 meters from the sea via a path to a swim platform and ladder. Recently renovated with tradition styles adding modern trends.
3 private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms all with separate entrances. The Master bedroom with a double bed on a platform and is situated upstairs from the kitchen/living area .Open plan with a lounge area and balcony . The 1st double bedroom is reached via an external staircase. Large room with Balcony. The 3rd double bedroom is via and external staircase. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster. Private parking onsite.
