Well situated next to a popular natural swimming spot called Negrito Beach and a short walk to grocery stores, dining, cafes and gas stations. You can visit the UNESCO World Heritage City of Angra do Heroísmo, in less than a 10 minute car ride, or walk the sandy shores and shops of Praia da Vitória – 20 minutes by car. Take in the culture and traditions of the Island without sacrificing modern conveniences. We offer 2 free private parking spaces, 5G WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, dining space, 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ washrooms, AC in each room, door locks, and 43' TV with streaming services. Unit was very nice and clean! Excellent ocean view. Good amenities! Parking was great! There's 2 flights of stairs to the unit, no elevator.

Great location

Beautiful, well equipped apartment. The location was perfect to explore the island. Duriano met us at the property and was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

The ocean views were awesome both from the living room and kitchen. So nice to have breakfast gazing at the ocean. The apartment was clean and modern.It's a km away from the town where the supermarket is and maybe a 10 minute drive to the main city

Lovely apartment near the charming town of Negrito/Sao Mateus. We walked to the Imperio and to the church. Restaurante Pim Pam Pum was very good and we very much enjoyed Quebra Mar restaurante.

Perfect location

The overall stay here was amazing. A super clean, spacious place close to everything. Beds were comfortable. WiFi and all amenities worked perfect. Gated and super close to one of the best swimming holes on Terceira. The communication with the people in charge were great. They were there if we had any questions. I’m 100% going to be coming back to this very location. My wife and kids wanted to stay longer.
