Located very close to Príncipe de Vergara Street, one of the most exclusive and prestigious areas of Madrid, situated in the north of the Salamanca district and bordering the Chamartín neighbourhood.

The apartment:



This cosy apartment with a capacity of up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a building without a lift, is an excellent choice for families wishing for a comfortable and convenient stay in an accessible location.



The living-dining room is a bright space with a double sofa bed, television and dining table perfect for spending time in the company of your loved ones, direct access to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils.



It has two comfortable rooms, each equipped with two double beds, providing a relaxing environment for a good rest. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower, which provides additional privacy. Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.



This accommodation has WiFi, heating and television.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
