We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the villa, its spacious rooms, and the excellent location and facilities. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your comments: as a self-catering property, we provide certain essential items for the first day, but guests are expected to supply additional consumables such as washing up products, salt, and pepper during their stay. Regarding check-in and check-out times, these are clearly communicated prior to arrival. As you may understand, we require time to prepare and clean the villas thoroughly between departures and arrivals. For added convenience, we also offer the Check-In Centre, a facility where guests can safely leave luggage and belongings for a fee if their arrival or departure falls outside standard times. We appreciate your observations about the bedroom setup, and these details are always provided in the villa description to ensure guests are aware of the room arrangements. Thank you again for your review. Your feedback helps us continue improving the experience for future guests, and we hope to welcome you back in the future. Best regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding your recent stay. We’re delighted to hear that you and your family had a lovely holiday, enjoyed the spacious layout of the villa, the pool area, and the convenient location close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and old town. We also appreciate your feedback regarding certain aspects that could be improved. Please be assured that we will share your comments with both our team and the property owner, as they are always helpful in guiding future enhancements. Regarding the tickets, as you may know, purchasing such items online independently is generally more cost-effective across all businesses. We’re pleased that overall you had a good stay and hope to welcome you again for another enjoyable holiday. Warm regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care
