The ground floor is designed for relaxation and conviviality, with a cozy lounge, well-equipped kitchen, a diner, and a family WC.The villa's bedrooms offer restful slumber options, with Bedroom 1 on the upper floor featuring a comfortable double bed, Bedroom 2 offering twin beds, and Bedroom 3 providing another snug double bed. For extra flexibility, a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate an additional adult. A wonderful stay

Latchi Aria Villa is comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you could want or need for a great holiday. The garden is particularly beautiful and there is plenty of outside space to relax and enjoy outdoor living. The villa is in walking distance to good restaurants and the beach. Delightful three bedroom villa with lovely pool, close to beaches, harbour and restaurants.Fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable lounge, air conditioned throughout. This was a perfect stay with our whole family. A real home from home.Very clean and well maintained in a quiet, secure area near the Akamas walking area.

Very nice house with a very well-equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and as in the pictures. Beautiful garden with plenty of loungers and a great pool. We immediately felt at home and really enjoyed the whole 2 weeks. Restaurants and small shops are within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out were problem-free. We would be happy to come back.

The villa was as advertised. Good layout inside, good facilities, clean, tidy. The garden and pool area was spacious, with ample garden furniture and loungers. All facilities were regularly and well maintained.We stayed for 6 weeks with various friends joining us at different times. All of us were impressed with the villa and would happily stay there again.

The villa was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed. The gardens are beautiful, very private and are well maintained, as is the pool. Our host, Marina, was very helpful and met us on arrival ensuring we knew everything about the villa and then kept in contact with us over the holiday with details of a mid break-clean, when the pool maintenance and gardening would be done etc. The outdoor living area is spacious and also very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to the many excellent seafront restaurants and the beach. We spent a peaceful and relaxed couple of weeks at Latchi Aria Villa and would love to return in the future.

The pool area and garden area are beautiful, spotlessly clean inside and out, fresh smelling bedding, lots of kitchen stuff, lots of hot water, lovely house, the location is very peaceful, 15min walk to harbour, the villa's each side our empty and a little overgrown, but we never felt safe, the villa has plenty of security locks etc, there was a couple of general maintenance issues, there was a safe that wasn't attached to anything, a few light bulbs need replacing and the pool needs a little TLC the owner is a lovely Woman and is rightly proud of the garden, would stay again for sure
