良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
We stayed here for one month.This unit was clean and tidy, and the bed comfortable. Laundry facilities were a bonus,The owner was prompt to answer any questions. We appreciated that we were able to get a later checkout time as our flight was in the evening. The kitchen was, for the most part, well equipped, with ample pots and pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. However, it would have been useful to have had dishes that could be used in the oven. Also, there were only two small juice glasses, no regular size drinking glasses. We only had two bath towels for our use, so I would suggest that a couple of hand towels are necessary.The unit is advertised as being close to the beach, which indeed it was. In fact, there were two, both great for relaxing and swimming and rarely busy. It would be beneficial therefore to have beach towels and chairs available for guests who come from overseas.The ad also indicates that there is a hot tub -there wasn’t. Not an issue for us but perhaps might be for some.The main reason for my rating is that we were not advised that, instead of having a green space on our balcony side, there was in fact a building site. Workers were there from 8 till 5. Enjoying a quiet time on the balcony was not an option because of construction noise. It also created dust and lack of privacy as our windows faced the site.. We do feel that we should have been informed of this when inquiring about booking the unit.
