This is a wonderful and modern ground floor 2 bedroom aparrtment. Perfect for families, this property can sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom comes equipped with a double bed and en-suite with a walk in shower. The bedroom has 2 single beds. Both rooms come with closet space and room darkening blinds. In the main area there is a fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space and all of the mod cons you would expect, including a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and toaster. Off this there is a welcoming living and dining area well lit with natural light from the terrace doors. The sofa bed can be folded out to sleep 2 more guests. There is a large smart TV built into the wall and a fireplace to make things cozy during the cooler months. Its bright and spacious rooms are comfortably furnished, promising a relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol. There is wifi and air con throughout. The apartment also includes a private terrace. This is furnished with a full dining set that can easily accommodate 4 people, so you can enjoy some al fresco dining during those lovely warm evening.

Situated in Riviera del Mar, you'll find yourself in a quiet community for maximum relaxation, while also being only a 5 minute walk to the beach the area's many shops and restaurants! They're almost on your doorstep.

If you are planning on driving during your stay there is private parking within the complex and free parking is available on the street.

There is a large communal pool(open all year round), a children's pool and an outdoor shower is also available for your use. All situated in a large and inviting communal garden.

Parties are not allowed. It’s a quiet area created for families & golfers to enjoy a perfect stay in our calm paradise.

Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00.
Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50; 20:00-22:00, EUR 70; 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100
