Myself, my friend and our teenage daughters all stayed here for a week in august. We had a wonderful time. Nicole was amazing, so kind and helpful! The apartment was lovely and very well located. Hopefully will visit again at some point!

Great apartment in a lovely resort.

The apartment is up a steep hill that you need to walk each day if you don’t have a car. Apart from that it was a well equipped property in a great resort with plenty of good restaurants and bars. Good beach with lovely sand and plenty of cafes on the coast.

When checking in communication with Nicole was very easy and clear, she was also available when the WiFi went down and assisted us with this. The apartment was spacious for my family of 5 with a new modern kitchen. The pool was busy but adequate and also the beach was a 5 min walk from the apartment . La Cala centre is a 20 min walk along the boardwalk with plenty of things to do and options for food. Overall all a great apartment and stay and we will be returning in the future .

Nice stay

Nice apartment with a beautiful roof terrace. It is near to the beach, albeit down quite a steep hill. The kitchen needs an upgrade. E.g, the oven did not reach over 150 C degrees. Very nice and helpful hosts. We stayed for a week.

Fantastic apartment great location!

Family of 2 adults and 4 older teens. Nicole met us to give us access, very smooth arrival. Nicole was so helpful, even taking us to local Lidl to get a huge shop done!! Apartment spacious, clean, has a lovely large roof top terrace with stunning views. Would highly recommend! Ps thank you Nicole!

Perfectly located for our needs.

The properties location ticked all the boxes for what we needed as a family with a car. Close to the beaches in Fuengirola and Cabapino. The restaurants of Cala de Mijas and an hours drive to Gibralter. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the water bed was a real bonus. The pool area was kept clean with plenty of sun beds and the added bonus of a lifeguard, so when we weren't out and about the grandkids were happy in the warm waters of the pool. Nicole the key holder could not have been more helpful from the initial welcome to handing the keys back, she was there to answer our questions. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Family holiday to Spain

Communication with Matthias from time of booking to arrival was good and my queries were answered promptly. We met Nicole on arrival who showed us the parking space in the garage, how to access and a tour of the property. The property itself is lovely with the added benefit of the private roof garden and big enough for myself, husband and 2 teens. There are a number of restaurants and bars in the immediate area but the main area is only a 30 min walk or 5 mins in the car. There’s also a local supermarket and Lidl within 5 mins by car and the beach is only a short walk away with many chiringuitos. We hired a car so did many day trips which were easily accessible from the property including Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas Pueblo, Ronda and Gibraltar. We had a great holiday at this property.

Great apartment and well located

The “directions” on VRBO took us to a different location a mile or so away. But a quick call to the local contact provided us with a Google maps link to the actual block. Local contact was super helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the roof terrace was excellent. The communal pool was large and clean but as expected a little busy on the weekend but still plenty of sun beds and space. Walk to local beach and amenities was short down a small hill. Easily walkable and some nice restaurants in easy reach. 15 minutes in the car to Marbella or fuengarola. All in all would recommend it. Just update the directions on the listing.

Bra kontakt med ägare och städ. Skönt med garage som var läskigt mörkt. Men hur kan man kalla denna lägenhet lyxig? Trånga rum, billiga sängkläder och trasigt porslin. Stor och vacker terass men hade en tom möglig jacuzzi som vi var tvungna att göra ren, annars kunde vi inte vara där pga mögellukten. Köp en ny eller ta bort! Trist med många döda växter.Soluppgångarna för helt fantastisk3

Skönt att alltid ha en sval bil, men fy så hemskt litet och mörkt.

Mögel luktade verkligen illa från jacuzzin

Beste, zeer spijtig van uw reactie, als je van buiten komt waar het zeer zonnig is en je komt de garage binnen moet je je ogen ook even laten aanpassen, denk dat dit normaal is. Voor de yakuzi was gezegd dat de poetsvrouw gewond was aan haar hand en had u dan ook gevraagd om de filter zelf los te maken en de nieuwe in te zetten, u was ermee akkoord. De yakuzi moeten de mensen altijd zelf vullen daar niet iedereen hem wenst te gebruiken. Deze is op 20 minuten gevuld. De kleine planten en bloemen waren nog in goede staat toen jullie er in kwamen, we vragen altijd aan de mensen om deze om de 2 dagen een beetje water te geven met de tuinslang die daar klaar ligt. Van het servies heeft nog niemand geklaagd alsook over de rest niet, U kan best in de toekomst dan ook ergens anders verblijven. Mvg

Hebben een heel leuke vakantie gehad met 4 volwassenen een kleuter van 3 en baby van 10 maanden in een leuk appartement waarvan de foto's die je ziet een juiste weergave zijn het dakterras is zeker een surplus verder een hele mooie en nette accommodatie . Ook het contact met eigenaar en huis bewaarster Nicole verliep heel goed waarvoor dank . We kunnen het appartement zeker aanraden . Tijdens de zomer maanden is er ook bewaking bij het zwembad .

Très bon accueil de Nicole, bien préciser l'adresse pour le taxi car il nous a emmené à la ville à côté (car il y a un même nom de rue) mais tout s'est bien terminé après précisions données au chauffeur.Point du logement : très bien équipé, on ne manque de rien y compris comme des détails de torchons, produits lave vaisselle et lave linge, produits nettoyants pour tout le logement... Les douches sont top !Des jeux sont prévus dans le salon, terrasse spacieuse. Il y a de la documentation pour les visites ce qui est bien Points - du logement :Dans la 1ère chambre, il y a des lits gigognes mais qui ne sont pas au même niveau , l'un est bas, l' autre en hauteur et si on avait déployé les 2, pas de place pour circuler dans la chambre. Une des chambres est équipée d'un water bed. Il faut s'habituer, c'est très particulier ! On aime ou pas ! Les lits de toutes les chambres sont très fermes, à savoir.Sinon notre séjour s'est plutôt bien passé.

En primer lugar las fotos no se corresponden con el apartamento que nos dieron. En segundo lugar la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear habiendo mugre en la alfombra del salón y toallas y sábanas sucias. En tercer lugar en la descripción pone que dispone de servicios los cuales no tiene como el lavavajillas o caja fuerte. Por último una queja directa al dueño y su gestión, cuando llegamos estaba completamente desinflado y el dueño quería que charcos la culpa de que fuimos nosotros que lo rompimos tuvimos que arreglar los pinchazos que tenía para poder usarlo porque era un colador. La localización no es mala pero está en una montaña y hay que subir una buena cuesta para llegar… ir a la playa andando no es una opción si vas con familia, sombrillas, sillas, etc.

Beste nogmaals mijn excuus maar u wist op voorhand dat ik spijtig genoeg met een dubbel boeking zat u had de keus ik heb iets anders kunnen aanbieden waarvan u op voorhand de foto's en de nodige info hebt bekomen. Dit heeft mij extra geld gekost daar dit een stuk duurder was. En dan heb ik u ook nog een extra korting gegeven. U was van alles op voorhand op de hoogt sorry hoor vind dit dan ook beetje misplaatst. Mvg

Dejligt feriebolig

Dejligt sted. Nyrenoveret. God udendørsplads. Ingen støj og larm fra trafik eller tilsvarende. Nok nærmere 600 meter til stranden, cirka 10 minutters gang. Det går en del op til sidst. Lidt vanskeligt at finde rette sted, da der er flere opgange i samme blok. Vær opmærksom på blok nummer. Lidt vanskeligt med nøgle udlevering, da de taler meget lidt engelsk. En bolig vi gerne anbefaler.

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Comfortable and clean. Lovely space up on the roof to relax. Showers were excellent. Pool area lovely. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a lovely beach. We hope to return.
