Property looked exactly like it did in the photos. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, plates etc. spices, condiments etc were a great saving. Juice and water in the fridge very welcome for us on arrival. Roof terrace was beautiful and the sun shone there all day. The covered part of the terrace was perfect for eating and great shade when necessary from the afternoon sunshine. We enjoyed the walks to the beach, bars and the restaurants Would throughly recommend this property and we won’t hesitate to revisit.

We really enjoyed our stay, in a convenient location for visiting family in Calahonda, and close enough to La Cala and other places along the A7 for days out. The walk to the beach is straightforward and easy enough to do and a couple of beach bars (with good food and sun loungers to hire) there if you want to spend the day at the beach.Good communication with the owner in advance.Nicole met us after sending us a link to find it - don't trust the one on VRBO. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It had been really well cleaned and set up, it's a really good space. The roof terrace was a huge plus point for us - great for breakfast al fresco and bbq evenings. Not a fan of the waterbed in the main room, but that's probably personal preference.

Great apartment in a lovely resort.

The apartment is up a steep hill that you need to walk each day if you don’t have a car. Apart from that it was a well equipped property in a great resort with plenty of good restaurants and bars. Good beach with lovely sand and plenty of cafes on the coast.

Nice stay

Nice apartment with a beautiful roof terrace. It is near to the beach, albeit down quite a steep hill. The kitchen needs an upgrade. E.g, the oven did not reach over 150 C degrees. Very nice and helpful hosts. We stayed for a week.

When checking in communication with Nicole was very easy and clear, she was also available when the WiFi went down and assisted us with this. The apartment was spacious for my family of 5 with a new modern kitchen. The pool was busy but adequate and also the beach was a 5 min walk from the apartment . La Cala centre is a 20 min walk along the boardwalk with plenty of things to do and options for food. Overall all a great apartment and stay and we will be returning in the future .

Perfectly located for our needs.

The properties location ticked all the boxes for what we needed as a family with a car. Close to the beaches in Fuengirola and Cabapino. The restaurants of Cala de Mijas and an hours drive to Gibralter. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the water bed was a real bonus. The pool area was kept clean with plenty of sun beds and the added bonus of a lifeguard, so when we weren't out and about the grandkids were happy in the warm waters of the pool. Nicole the key holder could not have been more helpful from the initial welcome to handing the keys back, she was there to answer our questions. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Family holiday to Spain

Communication with Matthias from time of booking to arrival was good and my queries were answered promptly. We met Nicole on arrival who showed us the parking space in the garage, how to access and a tour of the property. The property itself is lovely with the added benefit of the private roof garden and big enough for myself, husband and 2 teens. There are a number of restaurants and bars in the immediate area but the main area is only a 30 min walk or 5 mins in the car. There’s also a local supermarket and Lidl within 5 mins by car and the beach is only a short walk away with many chiringuitos. We hired a car so did many day trips which were easily accessible from the property including Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas Pueblo, Ronda and Gibraltar. We had a great holiday at this property.

Great apartment and well located

The “directions” on VRBO took us to a different location a mile or so away. But a quick call to the local contact provided us with a Google maps link to the actual block. Local contact was super helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the roof terrace was excellent. The communal pool was large and clean but as expected a little busy on the weekend but still plenty of sun beds and space. Walk to local beach and amenities was short down a small hill. Easily walkable and some nice restaurants in easy reach. 15 minutes in the car to Marbella or fuengarola. All in all would recommend it. Just update the directions on the listing.
