Toen we arriveerden was 1 slaapkamer niet schoongemaakt met vuil beddengoed op de bedden. Eigenaresse was onbereikbaar en reageerde pas de volgende dag op mijn bericht. Het bleek miscommunicatie met de schoonmaker te zijn. De volgende dag is alles alsnog schoongemaakt. Het is een mooi groot appartement met 3 balkons met zeezicht. Uitstekende ligging aan de boulevard. Volledig uitgerust.

The accommodation was above expectations. The location was excellent, kitchen and bedrooms were well equipped and the building secure. The host provided helpful tips and warned that we should only consider a small car for the underground parking. Note that a Ford Puma is too big and an Opel Corsa or VW Golf is just right. Ideally, a Fiat 500 would be perfect if it provides enough luggage space for more than 2.The host responded quickly to any questions.We would be be happy to stay in the apartment on our next trip to Marbella.

Alojamiento Pase Maritimo

A pesar de que pasamos unas vacaciones pasadas por agua, el apartamento estaba genial!!!! La ubicación del apartamento está muy bien, bajabas y ya estabas en el paseo marítimo, cerca de todo, supermercados, restaurantes….y la comunicación de con la dueña fue muy buena, cualquier duda que teníamos y nos poníamos en contacto con ella enseguida nos la resolvía. La vivienda es amplia, cómoda y con 3 terrazas, nos gustó mucho volveríamos seguro!!! Los único que creo que tendrían que mejorar en la vivienda sería la TV están los canales en otros idiomas y fue imposible ver un canal en español, cosa que hubiésemos agradecido ya que nos tocó por la lluvia pasar mucho tiempo en el apartamento…… Mis hijos también se quejaron de los colchones de las camas pequeñas, pero vamos por lo demás todo genial!!!!

Almost perfect

Except for the occasional BBQ smoke coming from restaurants facing the beach, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment with all it’s conveniences. Air conditioning was working juste fine and: location, location, location… Thank you Anne 😊

El alojamiento esta bien ubicado en cuanto a playa Pero es insoportable el ruido q tiene continuo. La limpieza de verguenza nunca he tropezado con una casa tan sucia de alquiler, eso debian vigilarlo ustedes. Y la falta de un friega platos y canales de television q estamos en España y no nos interesan para nada los canales ingleses. En resumen poco control del Apartamento para su entrega y alquiler

Perfect location

I have been to Marbella on many occasions so I know the area well. This apartment is in a great location. Right by the promenade and walking distance to the old town. No need for a car. The fact that each bedroom and lounge has their own balcony is a great bonus. Large enough to have one with a table and six chairs and the others with two sun-loungers on each. We also appreciated the fact that beach towels were provided as we always travel with cabin bags only. The swimming pool is much nicer than we were expecting and often we were the only people using it (in August). There is a supermarket close by and the owners have also provided trolleys so you can get your shopping back easily. Overall we were very pleased with out stay, a lovely large apartment. It is not perfect, as mentioned in earlier reviews, but in my opinion, compared to other apartments I have stayed in, this represents great value for money and is priced fairly. I would also like to add that the owner was very helpful, quick to reply and the whole process of booking and receiving the keys etc went very smoothly. We will certainly be returning to this apartment in the future.

Always a pleasure to stay in this apartment. Perfect location overlooking promenade and sea. Modern apartment with all facilities and has swimming pool as added bonus. Will be back.

Great location

Location is great - lovely sea views and not too far into the old town or the main streets of Marbella if you want away from the busy touristy bits. It is quite a noisy area but it didn't bother us too much.The apartment is very spacious and we loved having the three balconies. The online photos of the pool area don't do it justice - the pool is bigger and the surrounding area is much nicer than it appears. For the first time we didn't hire a car and we're glad because I think parking around the area might be difficult. A car isn't necessary though as local buses are fine if you want to go out of town. The air conditioning was efficient - but we didn't need it much because we could open the windows, with shutters down, and get a breeze blowing through. Remembering to put the hot water heaters on was a bit of a challenge, but the water did heat up quite quickly so no real issue. Some bits of the apartment look like they need a bit of updating, but overall it was clean and very spacious and had everything we could want in a great location!

Lovely spacious apartment with stunning views of the beach and marina. Perfect location.

First visit by our family to the Marbella area. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Balconies provided great views and hearing the sound of the sea first thing in the morning is something we never tired of. Swimming pool was an added bonus and was never too busy. All facilities provided and a nice touch was a selection of DVD's, games and books. Perfect location to explore local area with great selection of restaurants within walking distance as well as shops. Boat trips run from nearby marina and lots of water sports to choose from. Convenient for buses to explore further afield. Cannot recommend highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use again. The Thomas Family

A room with a View ...

This was our first trip to Spain, and we stayed at this location for the second week of our trip. It was exactly as the pictures shown. We loved it. Perfect for a couples vacation. Romantic view from our upstairs living area. A stone's throw to the Sea, and a lovely pool Great people there as well. We are definitely coming back. Damon Thank you for all your help. He made us feel at home the minute we arrived. Location is in the center of it all. Close to Marbella Old Town, as well as Puerto Banus shopping and dining. The grounds were very well kept, and the staff was great. Right off the main street - Golden Mile and a secured area. You can walk or bike to either town. Left or right something to do or see. Or just do nothing !!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH Spain.

We wanted a great location on the beach with three balconies and two bedrooms ensuite. With walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and harbour views we found exactly what we were looking for in the Palm Beach block.
