気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
I had read a review from 2 weeks before our stay where the guests said there were cockroaches in the apartment. The owner replied they should have let her know during their stay and she would have done something. So logically thinking it meant the owner would do something to treat the roaches before the next tenant.
On the 2nd night we saw our first cockroach. We told the owner the next day. Her reply that’s normal and she could bring a spray IF we wanted. Of course we wanted anything to get rid of the cockroaches! The next day WE had to spray the poisonous spray. We left for the day to get out of the awful smell. When we returned we found THREE huge cockroaches the size of your thumb in the living room and two under the sink half dead. We flushed them down the toilette hoping they would not climb back up.
We had plugged the kitchen and bathroom sinks, covered the shower drain, made sure to sweep the floors of any food crumbs and clean, dry and put away any dishes right away. Again we sent a message and we were told to plug the drains which we already had been doing since day 1. She said the cockroaches came due to the construction happening in the building. We replied that doesn’t help us! By this point, day 5 of 13 day stay our holiday already wrecked with this disgusting pest. We found more every day even under the table we sat at for every meal. It has taken us 5 days to wash every single thing to make sure no bugs have come home with us. So DON’T STAY HERE!
