Nette kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einem gut abgesicherten und nur mit Schlüssel betretbaren Gelände. Der Pool und die Sportanlagen sind top gepflegt.Die Wohnung an sich ist für Familien geeignet, wenn man über 1-2 Dinge wegsehen kann.Es gab 2-3 kleinere Beschädigungen der Einrichtung die nicht wirklich stören, aber auch nicht schön sind.Größter Schwachpunkt war die etwas mangelhafte Sauberkeit der Schränke und des Geschirrs. Da sollte nachgebessert werden. Sonst ist die Wohnung absolut zu empfehlen.

Helt grei leilighet. Grei beliggenhet. Savnet at det ikke var stekeovn i leiligheten. Og at alle vifter ikke fungerte. Da det var veldig varmt første uken vi var der. Lå litt utenfor sentrum,men det var ikke langt til promenaden og handlegatene. Det lå greie barer og restauranter i nærheten. Hatt en ålreit opplevelse

apartment needs new bedding matterres towels.Locks on windows do not work.No washing up bowel or sink plugs wardrobes damaged and smelly fusty overall aparment needs a good overall.Nice pool but host would not provide sunbeds would not stay here again we go to los cristians 3times a year for 12 yrs and this was by far the worst

Location good apartment run down in need of a face lift bedding and towels were grubby

Everything was great till we go in the apartment no hot water for 3 day holes punched in doors washer wouldn’t turn on bedding and towels old and grubby floor ripped up in parts windows wouldn’t lock tried to get late checkout but the person I kept calling didn’t answer my calls or messages

Men had ons beloofd dat het app. zou gerenoveerd worden maar dat was niet zo!! Rolluiken defect, deuren sluiten niet, ook van kleerkasten. Electriciteit was niet in orde. Was kwam stinkend uit het wasmachine. Deur van keuken ontbrak, wc stond los enz...

Mala experiencia

Antes de reservar preguntamos expresamente si la piscina estaba abierta y el propietario nos dijo que sí, pero al llegar nos la encontramos cerrada por obras y no pudimos disfrutarla ni un sólo día. Al comunicarselo se limitó a decirnos que no lo sabía y que no podía hacer nada. Poca limpieza, colchones en mal estado, wifi no funciona... Muy decepcionante.

To mój kolejny pobyt w tym apartamencie. Jeżdżę z rodziną i zawsze jesteśmy zadowoleni. Świetne miejsce, spacerkiem nad oceanem idzie się na plażę 10 min. W apartamencie wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, kuchnia wyposażona, jest pralka, komplet ręczników, środki czystości. Łóżka wygodne, wszędzie czysto. Właściciel miły, odbiór kluczy dogodny, można się umówić. Przyjedziemy tu jeszcze.

Not worth the money

This property has been neglected in the past and is very much not suitable for letting in its current state. The décor is very tired and in places the walls were stained, particularly around the kitchen waste bin. There is a serious lack of ongoing repairs needed, particularly to the front door locks, which one was not working and the other had a wear problem which mad the operation difficult. The lounge light switch was not operable and was taped up with Duct tape. The sliding doors and windows to the lounge did not lock, and the sliding doors to the lounge did not have any signage to warn of the door, although the sliding doors to the utility area from the kitchen did have signage. Plus a lack of crockery made it impossible to serve food, as there were only two 6 inch plates in total. It was impossible to open the microwave door as this had locked itself. The bedrooms were poorly furnished, with the main one only having a bed and a chair, with no working bedside light, meaning that you had to switch off the light at the door and go across the room in the dark to get into bed. That was the same situation in the twin room, plus the wardrobe doors in this room had a problem due to being off the bottom runners. Added to these problems, the duvet provided for the beds in general were not the correct size and did not fit at all. Overall, we believe that the price charged for the hire should be a lot less than the money we paid and bearing in mind the faults and décor of the apartment, some refund should be made, as it was not the usual standard we expect and have had from previous Home and Away properties.

Hidden Gem

Had a fantastic break over New Year. Fully accessible apartment in a very clean and well managed complex. Greeted and informed by lovely lady. The complex is within 5 minute walk from the sea and the town. The apartment needs a little cosmetic work, but it is so spacious- we could happily have stayed forever, and we'll be back, thanks Sven and Susan

Apartment adequate for a 7 day holiday.

Situated at the top end of a well maintained residential complex. Met by Susan and given a run through of the facilities. This apartment is in need of a refurbishment. Kitchen door missing, wardrobe doors not easy to open and close, front of drawer missing in second bedroom. Contained everything required on holiday for self catering and laundry facilities if required. Enjoyed our stay regardless of above.
