A car is required to reach the house and move around in comfort.

Comfortable accommodation on one floor. At the entrance you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, 2 relaxing armchairs for maximum comfort, a Smart TV, a delightful sofa with a wooden structure that can be easily transformed into a single bed and a wooden table to use as a desk, work area or for dining with the whole family in front of the fireplace.
On the left is the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle and a solid marble table where you can have breakfast or use it as a practical surface for preparing meals.
Just to the right of the living room, you will find the bathroom with a shower and a sleeping area.
In the bedroom, you will find a double bed 160x190 cm, two bedside tables with respective lamps, a small desk with a chair and a spacious wardrobe.
The rooms are designed to enjoy every moment of the day in complete relaxation. The windows (1 in the kitchen, 2 in the living room, 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the bedroom) are equipped with shutters that allow absolute darkness during the night. Only in the bathroom the shutter has been removed for convenience but can be mounted on request.
Outside it is possible to use an outdoor table with chairs and an umbrella where you can eat while enjoying the fresh air of the countryside and relax with the view of the surrounding nature. The garden with fruit trees, ornamental plants and a porphyry path is terraced, arranged on 3 levels.

The house and the surrounding garden, as well as the parking space inside the property, are at guests' complete disposal.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential center, so you can immerse yourself in the surrounding nature without being isolated.
The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful, please respect this tranquillity during quiet times.
The peculiarity of the area, surrounded by greenery with majestic trees and fruit plants, attracts many varieties of birds that, especially in spring and summer, return to repopulate the Roman countryside.
With a little luck, you can hear the nice owls who love to stay on the wonderful Lebanese cedar next to the house or admire some hoopoe alighting cautiously in the garden in search of food.
